Excellent! I had a problem with sending an item back to Amazon via ups. The system was down however Muhammad (hope spelt correctly)came up with an alternative allowing me to leave my item there without having to go away and return next week. Friendly helpful and resourceful. Also a great range of products so definitely worth visiting and utilising the services 5 stars and a big THANK YOU from M 😊

Professional helpful staff. Secure mail delivery. The only difficulty is the parking. The last time I visited I had to park at Marks and Spencer and walk to.the shop.

Since I found Mail Boxes Etc in Muswell Hill, I literally don't bother with the normal Post Office anymore. Until recently I ran an online shop and posted all my orders here so have used them a lot. Their service is always quick and friendly! I'm genuinely amazed to see any negative reviews here as I've always had a positive experience. Wouldn't take my post anywhere else! Thanks guys.

Never can I step foot into the Post Office on the High Street ever again after experiencing the service from these guys. Mo and his father have been so friendly, approachable, very efficient and provide such wonderful service to all of their customers as far as I have experienced. Excellent experience! Had a transport issue on Saturday so I did not have much time left. Minnie, the assistant, was super lovely and helpful. She kept in a corner boxes for sending and helped me confront the cheapest fares, despite the closing hours. Parcels arrived in perfect condition and in time. Totally recommended!

They get to know you, enquire after your family, do things quickly and efficiently and always carefully package my items. I was sad when the post offices were sold off, but I understood why. I don't know what to say about how much I rely on and love this place. Everyone in Mohammed's family are friendly, capable, knowledgeable and, well, just lovely. Two weeks ago I was due to complete on our house and the essential documents sent via a courier from MBE got lost in the snowy conditions. This was the courier company's fault - totally independent of MBE - but Mohammed spent ages on the phone for me, chasing up, calling in favours and sticking with it right until the documents were found, just in time for my remortgage to complete on the right day. Totally above and beyond any possible expectations I could have had. Deeply indebted to him.
