Really nice! While I was waiting for my print job, overheard me coughing & kindly brought over a bottle of chilled water. He knew & was chatting with all the other customers, too. I’d made a couple mistakes (sending duplicates, etc) which he spotted & pointed out.

I am ever so grateful to the manager/owner of this location who has gone out of his way to help me sending my mother’s heart medication to Italy during the lockdown period. It was a great help when no one could have delivered anything to the Covid 19 red zone in Northern Italy. I went here to ship a large box, approximately 6kg, to the US, which is not an inexpensive endeavour, but the gentleman who helped me here was so patient and helpful and informative. I had no idea what I was doing, and he helped me with the customs form, and even helped me pack the box. I was e-mailed tracking information immediately and my package arrived quickly and in good condition. Would recommend.

Mail Boxes Etc in Shepherds Bush was excellent. Really nice store and the Manager was very friendly and helpful. I had to ship a large parcel to Australia and there were lots of shipping options/companies to choose from and quality packaging to buy. I will definitely now use this local store just 10 metres off Shepherds Bush green. In fact I don't think I will need to queue at the Post Office again!
