Shopped with N1 mailbox for the last 2 years. They were absolutely 100% professional and responsive. Not a single parcel lost. Always sent notifications for mail or parcels. Oh and they have a bitcoin ATM machine inside the shop.

I have used this service for 5 years and counting. I highly recommend the wonderful staff who work there and their professional and friendly manner. They have been very helpful to myself when I have been living in the UK but also traveling to Asia and Europe and have needed a correspondence address in the UK. The opening hours are very convenient 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and you can get 24 hours access to your mailbox too for a little more cost. But the best of all is the yearly price which is in most cases is 60% lower then other mailbox or PO Box services in London and this includes out of London too but the service is much better. Plus I have used Mailbox services for over 10 years so know this from experience. If you are looking for a mailbox in London please don't hesitate to use this service, I cannot fault their professionalism.

Very friendly, professional staff here! I came in with a list of questions about the services and every answer was helpful and led to me signing up for a year with 24hr access to my post, very convenient for me as I travel a lot and need a secure post service. Bonnie set up my account quickly and I had the key a couple of days later, would highly recommended this company for ease of use and efficiency as I even receive an email alert to let me know when I have post to collect. 10/10
