my mom always send through cheap companies and then shouting on them regarding missing items. i am watching this drama since my 13 birthday then i saw advert on HUM TV very different approach i searched online and could find good reviews about their service i told my mom to give them a try the parcel reached after 9 weeks but nothing was missing and delivered yesterday good service but please Boss of pak direct cargo recruit more staff to attend calls

Very good service I sent 9 parcels back in October 8 parcels were received. But one was mixing I rang them they told me that it was mis route But they were looking into that I was very angry and used very hash language with them but they never got agressive in language which made me even more angry for therir cold behaviour But later after 3 weeks I got a call from my sitter that they had receive a parcel I regret my behaviour They are good but sometimes things just happens mistakenly Apologies n Thanks Mohsin bhiiiiiiiii

We moved back to Pakistan .And sent our appliances and furniture with PAK Driect Cargo . They took 8 weeks .but the items were in good condition .No charges to pay in Pakistan .They are really good people . They have one only they always busy .

best company recomended by my friend who move large appliances back home Mirpur i sent few parcels no thieft at all alwys update us one day before collection then 30 miniutes before to confirm we are ready 1 day after for driver feedback then one week before delivery then after delivery good system no blackmailing to get more money no hastle I never gave feed back to any company before but i thought it would not be fair not to A+++

my visa application was refused and had only 14 days to leave the country i had all the expensive stuff to pack and ship i was told by my friend in Bradford that this pak cargo direct is very good in house moves and cargo i rang them but no one pick the phone after 1 hour i received a call from them they charged me £3500 for all appliances 5 seater sofa etc packed them self and delivered in Peshawar after 6 weeks they only asked me to send my pasport to karachi through TCS after 4 weeks no hasstle they sent my pass[port back on 4th day no BLACK MAILING NO NOTHING ONLY FEW PLATES WERE BROKEN AND FEW SCRATCHES ON SOFA THEY MAY CHARGE A BIT MORE IN UK BUT WONT ASK FOR ANY MONEY IN PAKISTAN 100% RECOMMENDED
