I needed a parcel collecting so I emailed Red Rocket Couriers for a price and their availability. Lee rang me within the hour and the parcel was delivered to my home the same day. The driver was very polite and friendly, he even bought the parcel inside for me as it was heavy. Excellent, fast, reasonable and professional service which I highly recommend. Today I needed an urgent delivery from Central London to Manchester. It was legal paperwork document that I needed delivering same day to a solicitor and it needed to meet a deadline due to legal issues. I called Red Rocket up just before 10:30am this morning and the document was delivered before 6pm. I genuinely don’t know how they managed it but they did managed this urgent request and I can’t believe how reliable they were from the first phone call to an email saying that the company had received the document. Honestly can’t thank these guys enough and will 100% be using them as our same day courier company as we do require a regular same day deliveries from London to Manchester. I’ve have and engineering company and we have premises Glasgow and Edinburgh and a lot of our clients are based in London and for the last five years all we have had is issues with different courier companies all coming up with different excuses why in my eyes simple deliveries have gone drastically wrong costing myself and my company thousands of pounds. Red Rocket Couriers actually came as a recommendation from a colleague who had used them a few times. We had a very important job last week to do two urgent collections from Edinburgh and Glasgow to go down same day to London. They were engineering parts that needed repairing and then delivered same day from London back to our premises in Glasgow and Edinburgh urgently as it was a line stopper. I can safely say I don’t need to look any further for a same day courier company as I can’t believe how professional and reliable Red Rocket Couriers are. The person that I’ve been dealing with was called Lee and as soon as I spoke to him over the phone he put my mind at rest explaining that all their drivers are fully tracked and because it was such a long distance job he urged me to call him at any point so he could tell me exactly where the driver was and even offered to send me a screenshot of the drivers tracker. Thank you once again Lee I really appreciate what you have done for us and I’m sure I will be speaking to you in the next few weeks. I can’t really put into words how much money and stress this company saved my wife and myself! We were due to be going on holiday flying out from Heathrow to visit family in Australia on a six week holiday. We got to the hotel the night before we were due to fly from Heathrow Airport realising that we had forgotten our passports and other documentation that we left at home in Manchester. It was our worst nightmare come true. I scoured the internet and couldn’t believe it when Red Rocket Couriers came up as they actually hat a page on their website for people that had forgotten their passport and needed a courier service. It was literally like it was meant to be! I think I typed something along the lines of I need my passport collecting from Manchester and delivering to Heathrow and they came up first on Google which straight away put my mind at rest. Anyway I made the phone call and somebody answered within a few rings. I can’t remember the name of the person I spoke to but they were very helpful and were able to give me a quote within a couple of minutes which I was more than happy with under the circumstances. My mother-in-law went to our house to get all the documents put in an envelope and it was quite funny because the courier actually got to our house before my mother-in-law which at the time was a little bit embarrassing. I explained how urgent this was due to our flight time the following morning and from leaving our house in Manchester to our hotel at Heathrow it took the driver just under four hours which I couldn’t believe that was even possible. When the driver got to our hotel because it was in the early hours he got reception to ring our room like I requested and everything was intact. I wanted to give the driver a £20 tip but he would not accept it as he just simply said not to worry and that was his job. I’m hoping I will never need to use a courier company again because I don’t plan to ever forget my passport again but if I do need an urgent same day courier company in Manchester I won’t need to look any further. Used this company for the first time a couple of weeks ago, I regularly ship pallets across the UK from my warehouse in Fulham. Long story short I was massively let down (for the last time) by another courier and Lee and his team quickly stepped in and filled a void. It’s hard to put a price on service but in business you can’t afford to break promises made to customers. I didn’t end up breaking mine because Red Rocket didn’t break theirs. Same time next week?

Red Rocket have been helping us with deliveries for around 6 months now and have been entirely faultless. They are extremely responsive, very kind, unbelievably fast and very well priced. Won an item on Ebay that needed collecting the same day as the seller wanted to get his payment straight away but because it was over 100 miles away I had no other option but to use a courier company. What can I say!!!! I've never received customer service like it before. My husband was going on a 18 day cruise for his friends birthday. I got a phone call from my husband 3 hours before they were setting sail saying had left his bag containing his passport, medication and his holiday money so as you can imagine massive panic kicked in. I got on the computer and searched for a courier company and this company came up first and because of the urgency I didn't have any time to shop around. I called and spoke to a very nice man called Lee who explained it would be tight but I had no choice but to try. I live near Heathrow airport so it's nearly 2 hours to Southampton but Lee had a driver at my house within 30 minutes who was also very nice and assured me he would do his very best to meet the 3:30pm deadline. Still in total panic and watching the clock constantly I got a call at 3:20pm from Lee saying my husband had got the bag safely. A few minutes later a very happy husband rang to tell me the same. Sometimes we use these guys daily, weekly or monthly as in our industry of pharmaceuticals we never get much notice when I patients need their medication. Obviously this puts us under immense pressure as time is literally critical in some cases. Red Rocket Couriers is simply the best! Our company is located in Las Vegas and we were holding a conference in Edinburgh. Long story short ALL of our conference supplies got held up in customs for over a week mostly due to miscommunications and different time zones. Well our conference was starting on Sunday and Friday late afternoon our shipment finally got cleared however it wasn’t going to be delivered until Monday. Obviously we were panicked and being all the way in the US we were extremely limited as to what we could do. That’s when we found Red Rocket Couriers and true to their website we did not have to panic. Within an hour of our initial call our shipment was picked in London were it was being held and delivered it to the hotel in Edinburgh first thing in the morning, and I was kept up to date ever step of the way. They literally saved our event. I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service, it’s phenomenal!! They made a completely stressful situation completely stress free. I 100% recommend!

My friend got Red Rocket couriers from an online search i needed to bring a set of chairs from bury to london. I called up and spoke to a gentleman called Lee. I arranged a pickup to deliver to london. The man was professional to a fault. I needed a drop off in london by 8.30am. Well where do i start????? I wanted to buy my husband an item from an antique shop in Aberdeen which is over 500 miles from my West London apartment and didn't know what to do as the shop didn't take over the phone payments and neither did they deliver. Well what can I say about Lee and Red Rocket Couriers, as Tina once said, Simply The Best! A little to the story, me, my wife and 2 children had gone away to Butlins Skegness, first break in over year for us all after a really rocky 12 months due to health battles. The morning of the holiday my wife was only just let out of hospital, after rushing around packing the car up and driving from Manchester to Skegness to our horror we’d left a bag at home that contained all my wife’s medications and dressings, panic stations don’t do it justice. One phone call to Lee, explained the situation (all this at 8pm on a FRIDAY night!!) and he said he would get back to me, boy is he a man of his word, within 5 minutes he’d called me back and we agreed the job, within 15 minutes the bag had been picked up from Manchester and was on its way to me in Skegness, I genuinely couldn’t believe it, to say he’d saved our holiday isn’t exaggerating at all as we were ready to have to drive back and just write it off. Lee was friendly, professional and calmed me down bucket loads. Any future jobs I would use Lee and Red Rocket any day of the week. I honestly cannot thank you enough. We all can’t. God bless you! Been using this courier firm now to deliver goods I sell in my bespoke furniture boutique in Fulham and the drivers are always very polite and professional and always treat my items with kind hands, always safely secure the items and cover them with sheets and blankets. Purchased a motorbike 155 miles from where i live in London and my friend who was taking me to Sheffield to collect it let me down at the last minute due to work commitments. The garage i bought it from weren't prepared to wait another week for me to collect it so i was in a bit of a predicament. My only option was getting the bike collected and delivered to me so someone suggested a courier service but i'd been told it would be over £200 but i had no choice :-( I called about 4 or 5 companies and had quotes ranging from £170 (plus vat) to £320 (plus vat) so then I looked at the companies feedback and was impressed with what I saw other people write about this company and they coincidently were also the lowest quote and the girl who i spoke to regards my booking (Gemma) was so helpful and understanding. They insisted I only paid the invoice once I had received my bike in perfect condition. Within 4 hours of booking the collection I had the bike delivered in perfect condition and the driver (Mike) had even strapped the bike to the inside of his van and put blankets over it so no damage in transit would take place. I handed Mike £20 to say thank you but he refused to take the gesture, insisting that he couldn't accept because he was "just doing his job" I can not thank Gemma and Mike for sorting everything out and if I or anyone i know needs a courier in the future i won't hesitate in giving them Red Rockets number! My company had a production that was taking place at Media City in Manchester and the production company that I work for are based on the outskirts of London in Ilford. The production that we had was a last-minute decision by our client so we needed an urgent same day delivery from London to Manchester for a luton van due to the amount of props we were sending. We called our usual courier company but unfortunately they didn’t have any availability but it was actually them that recommended Red Rocket Couriers and they explained that they were very reliable and offered a very good service. I was actually surprised that our courier company recommended one of their competitors but the service that we received I can now see why. We are very loyal and will stick with our regular courier company but if we have any issues similar to this one we will definitely be ringing them in the future. Used this company a few months ago but only just had chance to do a review so I'm sorry for the late response to your request Lee but hopefully I'm forgiven hahaha. So I had an absolute nightmare as a few days before Christmas I caught covid so needed to isolate and needed to find a way of getting my xmas presents collecting from my home in Manchester to deliver to family members in Glasgow and London. Having never used a courier service before I just came on Google and simply typed in Manchester to London delivery service and also Manchester to Glasgow delivery service and Red Rocket Couriers came up and seemed to still be open just before Christmas.
