I have had poor experience previously with other courier companies. However RHD offered what can only be described as an outstanding level of service. Customer service, communication and efficency was fantastic. I would strongly recommend this company and will be using RHD again in the future.

P. D.I am ex Royal Navy and a Logistics specialist, after service I have worked with a fair few transport companies but only this firm and one other have really warranted a review. What can I say? The highest pressure job in the UK/Central London after Paramedic crew and the Police is the ever moving Central London Courier[circuit] no doubt. Red Hot use Closed Transmission CB Radio Comms, old school city knowledge and a customer focussed service from pedal bike to transit and they are supported by a road-savvy team and a no-nonsense approach to completion of movements from point-to-point, urgent sameday and an international service shuttled to LHR daily. In my experience, the output here is exceptional, failure rate is negligible and easily a company that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. If you want a job done, in the greatest city in the world, you should consider these guys. Exceptional.
