Hi guys, I've been working for Ryde since January 2022 and I can proudly say that today it's the best delivery company to work for, in all aspects: they always pay the weekly rates correctly and honestly, they provide a timely service real time and are always ready to help us understanding the difficulties that we riders face on a daily basis. I really love the job, it's great when you have no other income and are struggling so much because of pandemic, it pays well per jobs, but I only dislike that I started new and although I have my own thermal bags, the company said I have to buy all kit from them but how am to afford this if I have no other income and only started. The first thermal bag and other kit should be provided to new joined applicants for free. Which would help a lot.
