Many reviews are quick to destroy a companies reputation over one failed delivery. If the company helps to try to resolve it, they're doing much more then other companies would.

V. F.Satisfactory service. Friendly staff. The goods were dropped by me at their office and was sent on the day as told to me. In few days a representative from the company called me to ask for ID of the receiver which i provided and after which there was no response from them. I did a followup call to enquire about the tracking ID for the parcel but even after 5 days being in Delhi they didnt have the tracking ID. It was provided the following day and the parcel was delivered in 3 days after that.
Your work will be done for sure but will take more time then promised but the service is abit poor can definitely be improved.
