Craig and Katie were excellent in communication, handling and price, when trusted with my personal items, to ship from Canada to the U.K. A swift process with the assurance that my belongings were taken care of. I was very happy with their communication and service while they delivered 90% of my products. However, when I asked for an inventory count I heard nothing, and despite sending weekly emails I heard nothing… for weeks. Eventually, it became obvious they lost my product and were clearly afraid to tell me! However, they did eventually pay me for the lost products, which I appreciated. Better communication through their errors would’ve made this a 5*
