Love this company. Had been meaning to try it out pre-pandemic and never got round to it so when lock down kicked in for the first time, it felt like a good opportunity to try them out. We haven't been disappointed and still use M20 Refills for a range of regular household staples. The ordering process is really simple and with weekly delivery options available, it's very convenient. I particularly love the fact that I can properly make an impact on our daily/weekly plastic usage by buying shampoos/conditioners/cleaning products etc through M20 and return the glass bottles to be reused.

Not just great service and lovely products, M20 have taken away all the inconveniences of shopping sustainably.
