Very pleased with the service sending 2 porcelain vases to Malaysia. I particularly appreciated the fact that I was given shipping options and also payment method options. I recently bought a valuable item from an auction house in Newcastle and they suggested that I should use Mail Boxes Etc to ship my items to my home address. I telephoned Mail Boxes Etc to arrange pick up and delivery for me and they said that when they collect it and they will telephone and arrange a price with me. Having not used Mail Boxes Etc before, I could only go on the Google reviews to trust them and I was a bit worried that they were allowed to pick up my item from the auction house and have it in their possession before we reached a contract together. After all, if they had somehow lost my item or damaged it in transit, how would I have been covered for my loss, when all I have as evidence is a telephone conversation? After a few days, I had a telephone call from them, to say that they had my item and how much it would cost for delivery. I paid the costs and the very next morning, I received my item by Royal Mail courier. Although you provided me a good service, may I suggest that when a customer asks you to go collect something, that you enter into a contract there and then and offer an insurance service until the items get to your depot for pricing! Just something that might put the customers minds at ease. Having said all that, you did get my item to me safe, sound and very quickly so I thank you very much for that.

Could not have been happier. Shipped personal belongings (clothes) with them back home to Austria after buying too much new stuff during my exchange semester in Newcastle. Parcel was picked up sharp at agreed time, and arrived two weeks later at my home address. After I made an inquiry via their website I promptly received a response and not much later an offer, and they did not ask the size (!) and colour etc. of each item like other agencies did, but rather for a very general list. When I asked how to avoid paying customs/import tax because I bought all of the stuff at home I was advised to put everything on nominal value, which we did and which amounted to 6 pounds. In the end, I did have to pay another 5 pounds when the parcel arrived, but since it was not much I did not mind. I had also bought the parcel itself at their shop two months prior and was shown the different available sizes as I was not sure which one I would need. I felt well-advised and can only recommend their services.

An extremely professional packaging job made of collecting, packing and sending an antique watercolour to Kent! Great care taken, including taping every inch of the glass, multiple layers of shock absorbing packaging material and boxed, so that the painting arrived in perfect condition. Can't fault this company! We have used them before and will do so again! Excellent service!

Possibly the best Mail Boxes in the country when it comes to collecting and packaging fragile goods. Have used them twice now and they can't be faulted in any way. Highly recommended.

Really good prices, and expert packaging. I just hand them whatever needs posting and the guy wraps it up like a boss and it gets sent next day. Really easy. I've sent guitar amplifiers and other expensive gear and it's all been packed really well. F@£k hermes, I wouldn't trust them with anything. You get what you pay for, and it's worth coming here to send packages.
