Dropped off a covid sample at 3pm and it arrived in Belfast at 9pm the same day. Fantastic service. Only issue is nobody seems to know what time they actually shut on Saturdays. Website says 3pm, customer services said 1pm, and the girl from Northampton depot said 1pm. Asked her to double check and it turns out it was actually 3pm as advertised on the website for sample drops.
