Steve and Ben delivered my bed and mattress. They arrived early and were welcoming. They efficiently and carefully assembled my bed and even offered to help me assemble parts of my wardrobe and they didn’t even have to. They really went over and beyond. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I had such a positive experience with the team from JamPacked, super professional and a great notification service so you know exactly when to expect the delivery. Stephen & Ray were lovely and so helpful. They unpacked and set up my dining table quickly and cleanly and made sure it was situated in the perfect place for me before arranging the chairs. Had our furniture village new sofa delivered by these guys, Steve and Dean. Were an amazing help as I was unable to move my old sofa out of the room so they gave me a hand getting it outside before moving the new one in and setting up all the electrics and giving me a demo. Wore masks throughout and really went the extra mile by taking away all the packaging and having a sense of humour during their visit.

Stephen and Ben arrived within half an hour of the earliest predicted time and worked hard to install our new sofa in many parts. They covered the floors to protect surfaces and wipe their feet on while moving the units into the house through the back doors. Good guys, good service and friendly to chat. Thanks.

Stephen and Ben were brilliant. Polite, serious about their job and went to great lengths to deliver our sofa-bed. As well as it being heavy and a tough mission getting it upstairs, room access was tough. It was a bit like putting a model ship in a wine bottle. They dismantled the folding mechanism from the base and reassembled it very well once through the door. They drove very considerately and managed to reverse back down the drive, no easy feat, without any damage to grass or flowerbeds.

Steve and Andrew delivered my sofas to me last week. The delivery time was at the start of the scheduled 2 hour window, with an update call 15 mins before arrival. The new carpets were well covered and they were both polite and respectful .. .and even put my front door handle back on for me. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Steve and Andrew.
