Unlike the national courier companies, which we also use for nationwide deliveries and collections, with Roadrunner we can call up or email, and get through to someone in person - which is incredibly helpful when you have to explain the finer details about delivery times, when to avoid, etc.
Paul and his team have helped us out of a muddle on numerous occasions, and I know if I have something a little different to accommodate he is up for the challenge!!
In my experience they are a great company to work with and I would definitely recommend them.
S. M.These guys went above and beyond! I had forgotten an item (very delicate and valuable) at the local hotel, they went to the hotel, package the item carefully. Then arrange for it to be couriered in the front of their van through the night to Kent. Absolutely brilliant service!
