Needed to return a package to Amazon, for which Amazon sent me a UPS return code. After trying 3 Ups collection points I fanally gave up and drove over to the UPS hub, only to find a sign on the door stating they don't accept Amazon return parcels?

Very help full told me about booking a pick up. Pluss the phone number and to ask for driver delivery of of all paperwork. I first called at Somercotes branch and got No HELP, just told with cron 19 about they could not help.

Due to being messed about some one from ups put wrong house number of my address umpteen tracking information and phone calls finally parcel delivered, By a ups employee in his own vehicle after 830 pm which I thank him very much for.That's why they have got three stars
