Pack & Send collected a picture from an auction house and sent it to me. The care that they took packing the picture was outstanding. I needed to ship some awkward and bulky - but also precious - items from my Mother's Estate for Oxfordshire to Vancouver, and not only was the service in Oxford fabulous - with the team collecting my goods from where they were stored, exactly at the time arranged - but my goods were shipped extremely quickly - and only held up once they arrived in Canada whilst being cleared through Customs. When the shipment arrived at my place, I couldn't bear to open the crate as it was so beautifully made! Once I finally opened the shipment up every piece had been carefully wrapped to ensure maximum protection - it was brilliant! It took me two weeks of phoning companies before I found Pack & Send and I have to say I am so impressed with them and with Hari who was super helpful. I needed to send a fragile computer and struggled to find anywhere that could do so safely and with insurance that wasn't hugely expensive. Hari really guided me through professional packing and insurance options and the end quote was 50% less than the other companies I spoke to. Highly recommend if you want to speak to a human being (rather than use an impersonal website) who can offer really sensible advice, deal with any quirky requirements, and work to your budget.

We are clearing out prior to a house move and found several of his things, none of any great intrinsic but considerable sentemental value. They arrived very quickly and safely (even the thin beer glasses were intact) and we had the slightly sureal experience of seeing, on Skype, items in his display cabinet that had been in ours only days before! I’m from the US and I bought an Arrow 2:1 exhaust system for my motorcycle from Hughenden M40 in the UK. Unfortunately the eBay seller wasn’t able to ship the exhaust system to the US, but he encouraged me to organize my own shipping arrangements. This is where Pack & Send Oxford came into play. Hari and Mathieu were outstanding. They’re very responsive, excellent communicators, and fully know how to handle international shipping arrangements (Packaging, consignment documentation, US Customs documentation etc...). There are several stages in the business of moving possessions from A to B (in our case from Oxford to Hong Kong) - 1) first impressions of the company you may or may not choose; 2), having chosen them, how good they are at communication and how helpful they are with the actual packing up, and 3) how well the packing protects your things, which you can't know till you unpack them upon arrival. On all three points I can happily say that Pack & Send (Oxford) have been wonderful. These guys are great. I have used their international sevice twice. Being in Australia it is often dificult to purchase large used items and get them to Australia. Not with these guys they made it easy and efficient. Each time Hari and the team have delt with my shipments with excellent service and care. These were consignments of 60kg plus each requiring correct packaging and documentation. The quality of the packaging (plywood case) even included metal chest carry handles, very thoughtful.
