I had to order a bulky car part from a UK retailer that don’t ship to the US. Used this service to have some address to ship within the UK. Pretty skeptical at first, but I was pretty impressed overall! Customer service was quick to respond. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. They were able to ship the item within the US in three days! Would definitely use this service again if I happen to order to another UK only retailer.

I’ve recently received my parcel in Germany from UK. I’m really satisfied with the way that they handled and organize the parcel and most importantly I really liked the fact that they have security check of parcel (specially if it’s expensive) in order to see if your purchase is legal but not fraud or scam… since you give the company address for your purchase and they should of course make sure about everything (even maybe how you paid your purchase) to forward the parcel to you.
Check the regulations of posting in the website because some stuff cannot be sent. That’s why it’s important to figure all these thing out before any purchase or you can contact them.

Nothing wrong with the service at all. However, your freight rates had virtually doubled since the last time I used the service. I would use the service weekly or at least fortnightly, however this past week I have had a similar delivery from the same supplier forwarded to a private address, and re-mailed to me using the British Postal Service for less than half the Forward2Me freight cost. My question is, can you include a British Postal Service option in your offering????

Ordered shock absorbers online, hoping to ship them to Iceland, not realizing that they were classed as "Dangerous goods". I contacted support and Chris explained the situation thoroughly and after I arranged for the parcel to be picked up from them, he accomodated all my needs and performed admirably! That is why, even though they could not ship my parcel, they receive 5 stars for Chris's excellent customer service.

Very good company to ship your goods anywhere in the world. But make sure they don't require any signatures or one-time password to be delivered because that just not works with them..any other items would be great actually.

I am a customer from Germany, living in Munich, Bavaria but staying a the moment in northern Germany in Lower Saxony.
Complicated situation, when you want to buy something in the UK. Due to some mental issues I am a bit slow and so I got confused sometimes.
But it went perfectly. The customer support is impressively fast and yes, indeed supportive. Nowadays I am not used to this anymore. Friendly, helpful, fast and uncomplicated.
That is all I can say and that is all you need.

The bicycle they received was, for some reason, double packaged, which caused the shipping quote to be inaccurate. After many messages back and forth with support, they discovered the issue, took away the outer package and finally shipped the bike at a normal cost. They didn't charge me storage fees due to these inconvenient.

I must confess I was a bit wary at the begginning, being the first time using such service. I am thoroughly delighted with all of it - end to end! The set up, and obtaining and address, looked 'way too easy' but it worked like a charm! Got address right away, ordered, package arrived, and a picture was available right away waiting for next steps. Payment selection, and shipping was seamless (as well as accounting for importing documentation!). Just superb!

forward2Me had great customer service, in assisting me in getting started. They respond quickly, and get orders placed and shipped quickly. I would definitely be unitizing their services for future international orders. Their website and user account side of the site are all very well laid out and easy to use. They provide all the right information, in logical places. As long as their rates continue to be reasonable, I look forward to doing future business with them.
