I used Pack & Send to deliver some goods from the UK to the USA. There were some logistical challenges I needed their assistance in overcoming, which they were more than happy and able to accommodate. The staff are professional, polite, responsive, and well-informed, and my packages arrived safe and sound with me ahead of schedule. The pricing was fair and affordable, and all costs were transparent and clearly invoiced. I required Pack & Send to package my goods for me, as they were unwrapped and quite delicate, and the packaging they did was second to none - worth every penny. A stellar company to entrust to send anything domestically or internationally. I took several paintings, two large vases, a large carriage clock and a bin load of photos and important papers to them for shipping to the USA. (Adding this to the top of my review - I'm very happy with P&S Reading!) Like a lot of other things, shipping has gone crazy since Covid (and all the other reasons the world is a little on fire). Much more expensive, more damage in transit. But Pack & Send UK - Reading did an excellent job! Got a bunch of quotes, and P&S Reading came in about 20% lower than the next-lowest quote. And they quickly shipped a very fragile item 6,000 miles with it arriving well-padded and in perfect condition. Good communication, too!

Took in two paintings yesterday (Thursday) a week before Christmas to be bespoke packed and delivered to Taunton. Was quoted delivery probably Monday. Extremely professional, attentive and polite despite being incredibly busy; Phoned up by my friend at 16.35 this afternoon to say they had arrived. He said he couldn't fault the service and the packing was great. You may pay a bit extra but it was definitely worth it. This is the second time I've used them and they were terrific last time too.
