S. C.Very Helpful Staff and very short waiting times. I have no doubt there are busier times, but you must check this before going. Also check opening hours as these have changed. I have never ever had any issues at all and on every visit staff have been pleasant and helpful.
R. L.The opening hours are much better now than they were a few years ago. The staff are normally in good spirits and as long as you have the correct ID and have waited the alloted time you will be able to collect your parcel.
The collection office is a bit dated and has a lot of unnecessary signage making it a tad overwhelming but its normally clean which is a plus.
