Driver missed us on Saturday morning as we don’t open until 10am. Real people on the end of the phone (Cannock office) spoke to driver, arranged for him to call back later in the day to make delivery. This sort of service would be impossible with any other courier - great job.

There is very little organisation in this place. Orders for courier collection apparently come in 3 days late. Reception widely available for walk-ins and staff not wearing masks indoors when meeting clients. There is however sanitising station upon entry.

I purchased an item from Blackpool which unfortunately wasnt tracked correctly. Having checked the tracking I assumed that delivery wouldnt be on that day. However having returned from dog walking duties I had a sorry we missed you posted through my door. I then went on line and found the geographical number instantly which excellent because 0845 numbers etc are not part of my call package. I spoke to my local depot and the guy on the phone really was very helpfull and even though the driver had a very heavy schedule he deliverd my parcel within the hour. I consider that to be an excellent resolution to the problem. I would like to thank everyone concerned who made this possible Kindest Regards Al

Ordered Tuesday delivered Wednesday, the app was very useful, the driver polite and professional. Can't ask for much more from a courier.

As I work for APC I will be very biased but when we deliver in rural areas it does help the driver if you have the name or number of the property on display and especially if your home or business is down a long drive way or out of sight. I have worked for a few delivery companies but this one really does go the extra mile to help all its customers.

I’m not keen on the auto txt service as it’s a no reply system and not helpful when you are self employed and need to be elsewhere but the driver was on time and polite so it wasn’t actually too bad of an experience
