Just in Burton near A38. Very large site health and safety oriented good large spacious yard well marked out. Good loading and unloading staff very helpful and friendly covid aware and rules and regulations enforced. Facilities are OK. They are still working and maintaining a good standard despite covid. They are still doing a Stirling job

Ok tip time but there is poor signage on site and no instruction where to park truck inside the building by fork lift drivers

Use Google instead of most satnavs who left you in A38 dual carriage way, as a Palletforce location...A5128 at j on a38 take you there. Pretty quick loads/ unloads, toilets close to the smoking shelter in front /left side of entrance!

A very busy Hub, inside the loading areas drivers must stay inside there cabs and wait for instructions from the warehouse operators on where and when to move. Although some instructions could be move clear and consise. But on the whole we'll organised.

Strange place to go to it has to grow on you a bit and you just have to get used to how they work n where you need to be. Bit more clarification could be given to drivers when entering buildings so they don't end up in the wrong bay as like anywhere they can be a bit complacent as they are not really used to new drivers on site

Seems quiet during my daytime visits. Have to wait in your cab during tipping, unclipping and clipping up curtains is outside only.

On arrival, no much of helpful information like a site map with site rules in different languages, road marking and signs are not matching, no entry or exit where shod be visable to driver, signs are damaged in warehouse. Verry little explained from fork lift drivers. Truck has to have curtains open inside warehouse so driver has to drive with curtains open, then curtains has to be closed between buildings so driver moving between buildings has to spend huge amount of time shutting and opening witch is valuable time for driving hours. On exit no paper work to give wight for driver to produce if reqsted by authority. No trailers map with where are located sertain pallets in case of emergency during transportation and what each pallet content. No rest area for drivers.

Come here every night, gets extremely busy around midnight. The pallet truck drivers are really hard working and try and get you in and out as quick as possible. Very daunting when you first go here though but once you know the crack its tidy.

It’s one those places where if you know the score it’s an easy job. My first time here and I was confused as to what I’m supposed to do,staff are very helpful and point you in the right direction.if like me you’re not one for waiting around it can be tedious.
