M. T.Friendly and helpful staff. If possible avoid late afternoons and early evenings though, because it can get stupidly busy with people picking up parcels after finishing work.
A. D.Presumably due to the covid crisis the opening hours have changed. The 'we missed you card' no longer has the times on but says to check online. I did, and still found the place locked when the website said it was open. Then I realised that the information on Google is out of date. Some sort of 'media manager' needs to get on top of this.
K. S. S.The staff are friendly and the process was quick, Due to covid there are timing restrictions the office working hours are limited only till 10 am in the morning
L. K.Staff do what they can, after seeing how rude some members of the public are to them I can understand why they might be a bit less friendly. Parking and access is diabolical and management might want to consider an extra body or two especially over the festive period.

May I just say that the Service that my wife and I get from your Staff, both on foot or From your Red Van is ALWAYS EXCELLENT!
They are Very pleasant guys and when we have the good fortune to meet them either at our door or in the Lane they are Always Cheerful no matter what the weather.

D. B.It's ok, helpful staff. The good thing is they now take pre-paid postage, so I dropped while collecting.
A. T.Staff were very friendly, I only went to pick up a parcel so was only a short visit but whenever I've been it's always been a friendly and helpful place.

O.Do not try to get your parcel or package in rush hour because if you park on the car park you will be blocked in by other people as there is only enough room for 3 cars so people park on the side of the road thinking it will only take a minute to collect but you could be waiting for twenty minutes or more and the traffic wardens like to give tickets out if you do park on double yellow lines

quick tip, parking is very difficult so I would get there early in the morning or later in the evening.
J. T.I've been here couple of weeks ago and the service was quite slow, and after a short time there was a big queue back to the main entrance, luckily I came earlier, however if I would have come later I would have had to wait 30 min. minimum.
