*UPDATED REVIEW* I have now been using Palletised Shipping for 8 months now, and there is not one consignment they have not been able to move. We have worked together on domestic and international consignments and they always offer the fastest turn around. I cannot speak highly enough of Palletised Shipping or their excellent team. I have been using Palletised Shipping Services Ltd for the past 6 months and in that time they have completed a wide variety of services for me. Each time they have offered full flexibility and an outstanding service. Esther in particular has never let me down in being able to source what I need and for when I need it. I couldn't recommend Palletised Shipping enough, great company and a great team!

Absolute superb company and service. Go the extra mile even when faced with difficult deliveries. Communication skills second to none. Will always use this company for my pallet deliveries Adding to my review I feel is necessary. A recent negative review was linked to my recent order. The only stipulation the customer gave was a phone call hour before delivery and could he receive goods before weekend. Tuesday order placed, very vague address details not even correct postal address. Wednesday order collected from our depot Thursday despite numerous phone calls from haulage company, pallet services and myself customer failed to answer so delivery had to be rescheduled. Thursday evening customer throwing new restrictions about school times and pallet had to be delivered to within feet of his garage, none of this mentioned on original order. Friday Customer received repeated updates by PSS and received goods late morning. PSS and the Haulage company did everything correct and by the book. The only reason delivery failed on previous day was failure by customer to answer his phone ! This was not mentioned at all in his review and other very debatable negative details added. Again I endorse my support and recommendation of services PSS provide

We have daily collections from Palletised Shipping. Over the last 8 weeks we have changed our collection and delivery processes internally. From using one haulage company for all collections, we now use multiple hauliers, offering a more flexible service to our customers and streamlining our processes internally. PSS have effortlessly facilitated the changes needed for us, and crucially, there has been no impact to our customers, other than to enhance the experience they receive from us. Contacting the office is seamless and quick. No long holds on the phone and emails are answered promptly. Our designated account manager (Kat) is on top of all the detail in relation to our collections and deliveries and has implemented a shared work space that is updated in real time, enabling our warehouse to have "one view" of collection and dispatch. My customers tell me that the booking in process is efficient and deliveries are made on-time. We receive POD notification promptly following delivery. As this was my first time using a pallet shipping service I was relying solely on reviews to help me make the right choice. After much research it was quite apparent that there are many negative reviews across the board for every company I looked at so it made choosing the right one difficult. However, once I saw the in depth responses from the owner it put me at ease, so I saved a quote on this company's website and the next day they phoned me and answered my questions, very polite and helpful so no problems there. In short they collected and delivered when promised and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would like to thank Palletised Services for their continued support over the past two years. We mainly send euro pallets within the UK. Emma our contact has been very helpful and so has Chloe. They are very efficient, pick up is very quick and delivery also excellent. Throughout Covid the drivers have worn masks within our reception and been courteous. After reading other negative comments here we as a company had not experienced any problems. Keep up the good work !

I've dealt with this company solely for the past 2 years delivering refurbished engines throughout the country I cannot recommend highly enough I find it discouraging to see negative reviews for this company as they work so hard to provide the best service possible I myself have had issues with collections and deliveries but they always make contact with an explanation whether off their own back of after I contact them issues happen with the pan and 'ping' demic driver shortages etc it is unfortunately just something that happens its noones fault however people want to hold someone responsible in agirt this company is the best and I will continue to deal with them and them alone Tha ks Ryan and Emma for all your help
