A. S.Walked in. No queue. Welcomed in and parcel collected within minutes. Just what you need when your in a bit of a rush.
C. B.would have been useful if they put the actual centers' opening time on the card (or the website) - 6am, 8am, 10am?
P. B.It's a sorting office customer pickup point. Start are polite and helpful and even when busy the queue goes down quite quickly. It's not easy to access by road from North Swindon but it's not somewhere I go by choice.

It's huge and is always busy with RM delivery trucks and vans.
This is the central collection place for any returned parcels.
Poorly connected by Thamesdown bus, so plz plan the visit accordingly.
