P. S.Staff always friendly and helpful. But the opening hours 7-12:45 is a joke and like it has been already mentioned there is NO customer parking whatsoever.
A. H.I had made a mistake on my delivery address and needed the parcel today. The person I spoke to on the phone (had to wait an hour on hold just to get through) and they told me it would be sent back to the sender's address and that could take 10 days.
I went to this sorting office and within 2 minutes they had found my parcel and made my day! Full marks on customer service and the guys there were super friendly. I even gave the guy who found my parcel a tip for a few beers... Thanks again guys!!!!
W. H.How to rate a good post office with some nice personnel working there? Probably higher based on this, however, it's really inconveniently located with no bus services nearby and quite a long walk from basically anywhere in Birchwood and Risley. And, I can't book a taxi every single time I'm not at home to collect my parcel.
J. T.Staff are very friendly, but there is a big issue with parking. They could do with some clearly signed and designated parking bays for a 5 minute maximum use whilst picking up parcels.
G.Parking is a little difficult but if you need your parcel it's good to get it here
