Best courier company ever! In the past I was working for several courier companies but this one is excellent! I work here for almost three years and I have to say that the people who are managing everything around,are very polite and respectful with anyone. This company is focused on customers care and this is influence for all of us to do things in a very good manner. Will definitely work here for them as I am respected (in any way)and honestly make me feel great.

Great delivery service. I placed my order through Graham and Green and Ash logistics delivered. Great service the two men were very helpful, quick and tidy. I received a call 1 hour in advance and the very large heavy item I order was delivered with ease. Great friendly service.

As someone who works in the logistics sector, I was pleasantly surprised to see another company go back to the basic fundamentals which is fast, friendly and efficient freight. Having used them twice now, every single time I had courtesy calls and emails allowing me to know exactly when my order would be delivered. The delivery guys were exceptionally professional, polite and helpful. Service like this you don't get very often these days. You should be proud of your employees going above and beyond.

Amazing company! The process working with them start to finish has been brilliant. They made an effort to accommodate my preferred delivery date when they did not have to. The delivery men were perfect. I have a very awkward stairwell and they took the time to measure the space and assess the best way to get my item in before attempting. Then, they unpacked the item and moved it to my desired room AND took the packaging back with them. Some of the most well known courier services do not come close to this standard. Couldn’t recommend more!

I recently had a chair delivered by Cox & Cox. I was really impressed with this company. I had a really clear email from them asking me to confirm my delivery slot, an actual person responded to my email giving me a rough time slot. The email even had a contact number if I needed to call them. A PHONE NUMBER! How rare is that? Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email. I really rate this company highly and I don't think I've ever said that about any other logistics company. Please, when you expand your business, don't lose the personal touch!

Excellent in all respects, by far best logistics company I have experienced. Fast, kept me informed about delivery date and time, drivers polite, helpful and efficient, they even unbowed items and took packaging away. A genuine 5 star service.

Fantastic service. I ordered a Koble table. It arrived promptly. The (very polite) delivery drivers kindly offered to take it upstairs for me.
