J. O.I needed to contact the Delivery Office in Wrexham, as we had foolishly mins-addressed a parcel sent to our great-granddaughter for her 1st birthday. I had read the comments on here, and I wasn't very hopeful of a good outcome. However, the guy I spoke with was extremely understanding and helpful, and gave me advice on how to resolve the matter. So, not all the staff are rude and unhelpful!

r. m.Wow. This is the play ground of the rich and trendy. Lots of people come here just to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. Amazing views across the car park to the fence, have to be there early otherwise you might not get in! Staff are friendly and helpful.

m. l.No where to park to make it quick and easy to go collect your parcels or letters etc. Also be aware to check the time you can collect your parcel as as I'm newish to the area I assumed you had you wait two hours from time of attempted delivery (which is what it was where I used to live) here its actually the following day
