Ian is lovely and friendly and very welcoming as are all the class participants. Ian’s moves are intuitive and inspired. His cool downs are I think quite unique and brilliant!

J. A.Fantastic fun fitness. Ian is a great instructor,, felt very welcome and he demonstrates with easy to follow instruction. Felt very tired out by the end of it,b so a good workout. Also great music to dance along to. Am going to go regularly.
M.Simply the most fun you will ever have at a Zumba Class. Ian the instructor is a ray of sunshine and the classes were just brilliant.
I have tried quite a few zumba classes in Brighton and Hove and I cannot recommend this one enough!
P. H.Fantastic class with Eiońs (instructor) infectious energy at the centre of the class. I thought my dancing days were over. A great natural high for a Monday and Wednesday evening. Ím convinced that Eions classes have helped my mental health and well being, no doubt.
