Absolutely love it here! Such an amazing studio. I have been doing aerial hoop here for about 2 years now and it has become a real fixture in my life. The teachers are so encouraging and the atmosphere is really friendly. A brilliant place to challenge yourself at your own pace. I wouldn't be without it. Join now!

Where do I start? Maya Dance and Fitness is a badass studio! There is a huge variety of classes for dancers of all levels. Whether your passion is pole, aerial hoop or getting bendy, there’s is going to be something for you. Anna, Eloise, Patricia and Frankie are wonderful teachers who are very encouraging and motivates their students well. I love my classes here!

I have been doing pole classes at Maya for a couple of years now and it is one of the friendliest and most supportive studios I have visited whether you want to train hard and progress or just dance for enjoyment. All the instructors are welcoming and knowledgable and there are a good range of classes (including some online). A lot of effort has gone into making the studio COVID safe and it is still one of my favourite places to be.

I’ve been taking classes at Maya for 2 years now and I couldn’t recommend them more. I started in Maya mummies after returning to pole 5 months after having my daughter and have stayed ever since. I started poledancing classes with Anna in March this year and I am totally hooked! I tried a couple of other studios but this was my favourite. The atmosphere is super friendly and supportive, right from the beginning I felt welcomed and comfortable. The classes are really well structured with the right mix of repetition and new tricks so that you can see yourself progressing. There is attention to spotting in certain moves as well so that I always feel safe trying something new and a bit scary. I always look forwards to the next class and would really recommend this place to others :)

Started with Maya Dance and Fitness in January this year and can't get enough! Atmosphere is super friendly and encouraging to try new things and push your limits but in safe and supportive way. Lots of great classes to choose from, including splits and pole for every ability. Anna is an amazing and truly knowledgeable teacher (plus incredible dancer!!). After every class I feel happier and stronger and can't believe in progress I've made with my box splits thanks to Anna. Studio itself - it's a great and cosy space, easy accessible, with good parking. Couldn't ask for more :)

Simply amazing! Anna puts you at complete ease, has structured lessons and is there throughout your entire journey. She gets just as excited as you do when you nail that move you've been trying for weeks! A really chilled out and friendly atmosphere and plenty of classes and workshops to choose from to suit your fancy. Really recommend!

Beautiful studio with very supportive teachers and classmates! Anna is a lovely lady with loads of knownledge on aerial that always challenges me and helps me to progress. I really like this studio, it is the closest to me and they offer classes without an instructor on Sunday which is important for me to train myself. The only things I miss are the exotic pole and choreo pole classes, but the studio is well kept, looks great and has tall pole. Parking space is sometimes a problem. I can really recommend advanced pole classes

Since deciding to try something a bit different for my exercise regime, I joined Maya Dance and Fitness and have been doing Aerial hoop since Feb 2019 and have absolutely fallen in love with it! The studio is gorgeous and well equipped and maintained, and the instructors are welcoming and extremely supportive. I have also started other classes hosted by Maya and after trying other studios in Bristol - this is hands down the best I've been too. I would thoroughly recommend Maya to anyone looking for a fun and supportive environment and that want to progress in aerial disciplines.
