I joined burlesque classes in February and it’s the best thing I have ever done. Dawn and Karyn are the most amazing and inspirational instructors you could ask for, it’s an honour to know them. The whole group off ladies are not only friends but a family. My confidence and self esteem has went from zero to the best it’s ever been and it’s great for fitness. Honestly wouldn’t be without the classes xx

This was the best decision I’ve made this year, the confidence these classes have given me is awesome. The classes are fun, friendly and full of laughter, the two teachers, Karyn and Dawn are very inspirational and help you discover ur inner goddess lol. It’s like having a huge family with all the women there for each other helping each other on in their burlesque journey. Easily the most joyful excercise class I’ve ever been too . Go once to a class and you will be hooked 😃😃😃👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

I joined burlesque dancing 💃 around march this year and since then the conference I have found in myself trough the teaching of dawn and Karyn. I used to hide a lot of certain parts of my body and now I find I'm walking around with a strut and don't care 🤷‍♀️ what people think. This is my body and I love what I have thanks to ladies I dance with and our amazing instructors. I would recommend saltire burlesque academy to anyone wishing to get out and have fun with a great group of women who all empower each other. Your getting to dance 💃 and work on those areas you want to everything can be adapted to suite your needs and strengths. Come along and check out a class in your area. If your not sure 🤔 why not watch a class to begin with I promise you will want to come back for more fun and laughter and you will want to join in with the ladies. Fantastic way to loose a bit of weight but also gain confidence in yourself. Helps you feel pretty and believe in yourself. Also, and MOST importantly, it's one big burlesque family! Guaranteed you will feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door! Best thing I've done for myself!

I started classes with Saltire as I needed something just for me, not as a wife or mum. Best decision I made! I’m almost 50, chubby and didn’t have much confidence - my confidence levels have risen so much, I’ve made some genuine friendships and it helps me keep fit! This bunch of ladies are continuing to support me through a life-changing tragic event and have offered support, fun and opportunities. I absolutely love these classes, the ladies we are more like a family than just ladies I dance with, The instructors Dawn and Karyn are two of the most supportive and lovely people I have ever met, I would recommend these classes to everyone, the girls have helped me with my confidence so much, I am dancing and having a ball, it’s amazing, best thing I have ever done.
