The pole loft is amazing they have the best teachers Alena and Gemma both are absolutely fabulous teachers.
Both beautiful ladies know how to make others feel empowered and sexy and that’s before they show you how to work the pole.
The classes are fun and make you walk away feeling amazing. Everyone brings great energy to the classes which really gives you the encouragement.
If you think I can do that or I can’t wear that trust me you can. The beginners course is perfect for an introduction but I guarantee you will go back for more.

R. A.My favourite place! Everyone at the Pole Loft is so welcoming and friendly it’s impossible not to feel at home from the moment you walk in! Alena, Nadia and Gemma all make you feel included no matter your level and provide variations if you struggle with any of the moves. Everyone here is a cheerleader for each other and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’ve ever had a thought to do pole, here’s your sign to be brave and join a class - you won’t regret it!

Alena at the Pole Loft is by far the best instructor I've ever had. Alena isn't just your instructor, she is your mentor, your friend, your therapist, she knows how far to push you to reach your own personal goals. Alena has created a studio that has such a warm welcoming atmosphere and all the ladies that train here are your friend from the minute you walk through the door, we all support and encourage each other and I personally have met some of my best friends here. She has a vast knowledge of pole and explains in specific detail what you're supposed to do in each move. The studio is always immaculate and the girls are so friendly whenever I go to a class or workshop. There is a lot going on too, Alena hosts fun workshops as well as photoshoots and days out! G.So its been 2 years that ive been a student at the pole loft, and its taken this long to write a review because i just couldn't come up with words good enough to describe this studio! It's 100% my favourite place to be, a place that prioritises safety, inclusivity, self expression and is just such a fun environment for all. I can't believe how much pole dance skill, strength, flexibility and confidence i've gained over the course of being a student here. I was super shy and nervous when starting but from the get go I was met with a really welcoming instructor who made my experience extremely positive. This welcoming environment carried on when I met all the other people in the classes.
Not only is Alena and amazing instructor in the classes, she also organises workshops, photoshoots, nights out and during lockdown she did regular zoom parties with fun pole quizzes. She goes above and beyond for everyone who walks through the doors of the pole loft and I now consider her and all of the other people who attend here my good friends. So it's safe to say that this pole dance studio gets my 100% recommendation
