Ive been going to AYB for over a year now! I started without any dance background and now I pick up the routines really easily. It’s so much fun and has truly built my confidence in myself and how I look. I’d recommend AYB to anybody!

AYB is like a little family that is constructive, helpful and so brilliantly encouraging. I've been dancing for a long time but I stopped with I reached adulthood (mostly due to finding adult classes a bit sterile or not very amicable). AYB is a WHOLE different story. My first in person class, I felt like a part of the team. It's super inclusive, super friendly and super motivating. Highly recommend joining the squad!

Such a safe and fun environment for beginners and enthusiasts alike. Instructors are encouraging and supportive. They offer many different types of styles including urban/lyrical/jazz/heels and the fitbeat class is a must for those wanting an aerobic based dance fitness class or an intro into dance! I love it so much it’s become quite addictive! It has provided me with confidence, not just in class, but also in my everyday life. The family/community within At Your Beat offers support not just in dance, but for loads of other things too! The friends I’ve made through this place are people I love to see all the time, not just to dance with but to socialise with too! They’ve become life long friends! Thanks At your beat! Revolutionary for me - three months ago a total bedroom-only dancer and now (after about six classes) confident enough to post videos of myself doing the routines on instagram... After a class your thighs and bum will burn, you'll be glowing inside and out, but most of all your cheeks will ache from smiling so much! I especially love the weekend workshops where you get a little bit of extra time to learn. The instructors are all so supportive, and not only incredible dancers but amazing teachers too. A total range of abilities in the classes and absolutely no judgement. Can't wait to do more.

Can't being to describe how phenomenal At Your Beat is. They have classes for all levels, from never having danced before to advanced hobbyists. Every week, there's new, unique routines as well as fitness classes. The teachers are all so creative, quirky, and encouraging. They make all classes a safe space. Being in an AYB class is so addictive. When one is over, you can't wait for the next one. If you've watched dance videos and always wanted to dance, then AYB is what you've been waiting for — seriously!!
