This school is a really special place for adult ballet students. The teachers Alicia, Angelo and Sandra are accomplished, intelligent and sensitive to their students' abilities and ambitions in dance, so that whether you're committed to taking dance as far as you can or just want to progress slowly for fun and exercise, you'll feel at home. In personally wanting to someday reach as high a standard as possible, I have always felt supported and challenged, and that their investment really enables you to get back what you put in.

Excellent school! My daughter joined ballet when she was 2 and she is now almost 5. All the students adore teacher and owner, Angelo, and he is not only technically strong, he also genuinely cares about his students. He makes the lessons fun and interesting while still expecting discipline from the kids. I also love that he works to build each child's confidence and comfort with performing in front of others but putting on shows where everyone is involved. Highly recommend!

RDA offers top quality dance classes . Angelo is a very professional dance teacher who knows how to motivate the kids in doing ballet and make them progress so much while keeping the classes fun. The classes are done in a relaxed but yet effective way. I can only highly recommend this dance school: having a shy girl, it was not easy for her to dance and perform but now my daughter is completely at ease and on stage any shyness goes away.

We have been coming to Angelo’s dance Academy since my daughter was 1.5. She’s now 4.5 & has developed a huge love of ballet and dance and this is all down to Angelo. He has a great empathy when teaching young kids to dance, engaging genuine affection and humour all whilst educating children in the incredible art of Dance. My daughter so looks forward to seeing Angelo and has now taken part in 4 shows this year - which Angelo & his team at RDA work tirelessly to make into truly magical events. We will continue to dance at RDA & enjoy every minute of it.

Angelo is a wonderful dance teacher and all the children love him! Amazing school offering all types of dance classes. Our daughter has been attending baby ballet since age two. Now she is 3 and a half, confident with basic ballet positions and tap moves. My daughter has been going to RDA for over 1.5 years. Angelo is a fantastic teacher, the classes are fun, yet the girls get to perform twice yearly which gives them a feel of belonging to a ballet school but also gives them confidence. The studio is light, airy and has good facilities. I highly recommend Angelo and RDA!

This Dance Academy is just amazing. My daughter Nina have had some regular lessons when we were in London, and sometimes again when we come back in town.. And in future also Nina & I wish! Taught with genuine warmth and playfulness, Angelo's dance classes for children are a pure delight! My 19 month old daughter refers to her class all week long with pleasure and excited anticipation. A wonderful way to develop body confidence and movement skill. Hugely recommended :)

I just finished the first level of the dance foundation (IDP) at Ruggieri Dance Academy, and I can say that I greatly enjoyed it. The course pushes you every week closer (and sometimes a little beyond) your limits, something you just do not get in drop-in classes elsewhere. As the group size is small, you also get a lot of individual feedback, which is sometimes missing in drop-in classes at other studies. At the same time, the course cost the same as drop-in classes. Needless to say I will be back for level two, and I can only recommend the dance foundation course to anyone interested in the performance dances (ballet, contemporary, and jazz).

I have a 4 year old who has been attending Angelo’s classes for the past year. Angelo is fantastic with the children and they have a blast in his classes. He arranges concerts which is great for little ones to develop their confidence and performance skills. Highly recommend!

Dance Of Life Studio is a fantastic dance Academy. Loads of dance styles to choose from, very clean, light and I love the friendly athmosphere. I think the Director and a Head Tutor Angelo is not only very professional and experienced in what he does but he has excellent sense of humour and enormous ammount of patience which is very imporatnt for absolute beginners like myeself. Angelo is very attentive and always makes sure everyone understood the techniques or movements which is imporatnt too Overal, I cannot describe enough how happy I am that I joined Dance of Life Studio and I would recommend it to everyone who is passionate about the dancing. Do try, even if you have doubts about your dancing talents - be sure Angelo is the one who will guide you and direct you to the a right path :). I love this Studio!

I joined Dance of Life studio a few months ago, starting with Ballet Pointe then IDP (intensive dance program). I cant tell enough how satisfied and happy I am to be here. Angelo is our head teacher and he has a great combination of two characters that you don't easily find from other ballet teachers. (I have been doing Ballet in London across different studios over the last three years.) He is not only very friendly to answer all the questions that beginner students would ask,even stupid ones, but also has an exceptional ability to develop his students beyond their little boxes or constraints. For example, he would not only teach us how to dance but also record individual students for us to visualize the reasons why he wants us to improve. This way I feel so motivated and receptive to his comments knowing that he is all for his students. His attitude and passion towards developing excellent dancers are the most valuable assets that I have ever seen from dance teachers. If you are one of his students, I can guarantee you that you will definitely achieve more than you expected when you join. Also, the curriculum in Dance of Life studio is much more than classes but also targets toward performance. This is much much much more fun than just doing classes!!! Fion Huang

I have tried a few Dance schools in London but Danceoflife was definitely the best value. Learnt so much different dance styles and technique development. Personal attention given to each student's training. The teachers really do care and I have been back three times because I loved it so much and the shows at the end is done professionally but had so much fun too. HIGHLY highly recommend.

This place is perfect if you're looking to learn using technique and structure. The other schools just cater to people who have been doing it since they were 5 years old. All the teachers here are technique oriented - so you'll walk away with a skill every time and can note progress. Performance opportunities for everyone and humour make this one of the most fun places. The studio has a family feel - far from cliquey. There is a longer structured programme for beginners who want to learn how to dance but don't want to pick one style! I have tried many dance schools around town and this is the one where I learned the most.
