Elevate Arts is a fantastic dance school and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My eldest daughter started her dance journey 6 years ago as a quiet child with very little confidence. Now, aged 11, she regularly takes part in outdoor performances with Elevate and recently competed at her 1st street dance competition! My youngest daughter is 4 and has recently completed her 1st term and she also loves her dance lessons every week. Elevate Arts is more than just a dance school, it really is like family. My daughters have created some fantastic friendships at Elevate and everyone, children and parents alike, are really supportive of all of the children, no matter their abilities. I think that fact that my daughter has attended for the last 6years and now wants to train to be a dance teacher herself is testimony to how great Elevate Arts is.

My 5 year old daughter has just started this year and she has enjoyed the classes incredibly. Having the confidence to present herself in front of people is something she has struggled with since the pandemic, especially in school but since starting this dance class she has gained a confidence where her self esteem has hugely boosted. The classes help her focus and follow dance steps which is improving her ability to pay attention and confidence which we have started to notice at home. Lucy, the dance teacher, and other dance staffs are really supportive towards the children and there are many opportunities for the children to show their creativity. It's the way they encourage the children to have a go and practice the dances whilst having fun. There is a real sense of community in this dance class and I'm so impressed.

My daughter Lacey has been attending Elevates since she was 4 years old and she is now 9 years old. Lucy has installed some fundamental dancing techniques into my daughter. She has gone on to win 1st place in numerous dance competitions. Lucy has been an integral part of my daughters dance journey and will continue to be. She is an amazing Dance teacher with years of experience and knowledge. Our daughter Callie who is 5 now attends Elevates Arts. I would recommend Elevates to any child who want to have fun and also progress their dancing technique. Lucy covers all genres of dance, which is absolutely amazing 🤩

Elevate Arts has been the foundation of my daughters dance career and has continued to be the platform that supports her in each step that she has taken towards her success in the last 5 years. When she first started at Elevate she was just 4 years old although she had clear signs of being a talented little dancer, the environment and guidance provided to her at these classes really reached into her full potential and tapped into a confidence that we didn’t know she had. Since then, Lucy (the dance teacher) has brought her along to dance competitions and even put her forward for auditions which she has gained paid work from. All at the same time being a mentor to both our child and us as dance parents. I couldn’t recommend Elevate arts as a school enough. It’s the best decision we ever made for our child. Our daughter is 9 now and Elevate Arts is still providing new and exciting opportunities for her and now our younger daughter who seems to be following in her older sisters footsteps!

An amazing dance school! My daughter has been going for 2 terms now and her confidence has grow leaps and bounds! Lucy, the dance teacher is so helpful, patient, and understanding. My Son has been attending a little over a year now from a recommendation and the progress he has made in his dancing is incredible, not only is Lucy a great dance teacher she also cares for the students she teaches which makes them feel super comfortable.. My son always says he's never leaving Elevate Arts.. Great dance school if your looking for somewhere for your child to progress in their dance ability and to feel welcomed. My Son is in intermediates and the crew.

My daughter has been at Elevateartsuk since 2020 .It has been a great confidence builder for her and amazing opportunities to perform in different stages. Lucy is brilliant. Our 11 year old son has been part of this amazing dance family since he was 7 years old. He has progressed through under 8's, over 8's beginners and is now in over 8's intermediates. He also successfully auditioned for Crew and is loving being a part of that too. Over the years he has enjoyed Summer camps with guest teachers learning so many different styles, and taken part when guest workshops have been held. He has thoroughly enjoyed them and learnt so much! During Lockdown, Elevate Arts managed to not just continue all their Dance Classes over Zoom, but add in even more sessions, including a weekly Social Jam for all students to connect on a social basis, play games and have fun. It made a huge difference to that time for my son. As a family, we have noticed the positive difference that being part of the Elevate Arts Dance Family has had, not just on our son, but for all of us. Our son has grown in confidence, happiness, and his social skills have improved. He counts his dance friends as his closest friends, and we are happy to say we also have made friends with parents too. Our son can suffer with bouts of anxiety, and Lucy has worked closely with us and him to help him and give him coping strategies and improve his resilience. He has written his first blog about it all which can be found on the website. Through dance, he has also learnt about fitness, nutrition and body confidence too. He feels utterly accepted for who he is by everyone at Elevate Arts, and we couldn't have chosen a better Dance School for him...and us! As an adult I have even taken part in the adult dance classes, and my son and I danced together in Acton Carnival a few years ago which was amazing! Each week, our son comes home from dance smiling, tired, sweaty and a bit sore from fitness (crew only, don't worry!), but so proud of himself and eager to show us what he's learnt and to research further into the style to gain further knowledge! He is passionate about dance, and he has caught that passion from Lucy as she is so passionate about it! Lucy is caring, compassionate, approachable, funny, the students respect her and learn so much from her. She works so hard to make sure everything is right for the students and they are having fun while learning. We can't wait to keep dancing, keep going to competitions, more events, more light switch ones, more markets and more open days with Elevate Arts, and to get to know more of our dance family as they move up through the classes!
