I had the best time here. The instructor was really friendly and focused a lot on techniques as well as 1-2-1 observation. One pole per person, really covid secure. Highly recommend.

I wanted to tone up, get fit, feel sexy and have fun. I had never done anything like this before and I'm addicted. It's challenging on so many levels and encourages me to continue towards my own personal goal before I'm 40! Veronica & assistant (apologies, terrible with names) are both amazing, extremely enthusiastic and focused, a clear love for sharing their passion. They're both patient, calm, attentive and full of encouragement. I always leave class feeling optimistic for future lessons, strong, and buzzed up and wanting more....maybe once I've lost a bit more weight I can attempt two classes a week. You must give it a try! Never think about it, just do it!!!! I'm SO glad I gave it a go! Pole will always be in my life. Thank you. Xxx
