I have attended the school on and off for over ten years. During this time, I have seen it grow from strength to strength. Great teaching environment, spacious studio. Wonderful teachers - it is an honour to attend classes at such a prestigious school. You are taught by principle dancers from some of the most famous ballet institutions in Russia, you know you are being taught by the best. I first attended the Russian ballet workout, a combination of ballet and Pilates moves done on the floor. If you do this class regularly your flexibility will improve in no time. You also learn to appreciate the wonders of classical and tango music. The ballet classes are very good, even if you are an amateur, you are encouraged to continue to learn and improve your technique. The online Core & Pilates Stretch and Body Work classes are a great full body workout, unique in their own way, intense and gentle on your joints.
