Amazing dance company! Highly recommend it! My sisters and I have always contacted Nileeka to sort out a fun bhangra class as a Hen activity and she has always delivered and organised it for us incredibly smoothly! A dance company that literally has something for everyone! I've tried all classes, general level bollywood; semi-classical; bhangra and commercial & this team of choreographers & teachers are fiyaaa! The classes are held in London, but you can also join online from anywhere in the world & everyone is made to feel comfortable regardless of level. It's a vibe! What's incredible is the way the team make you feel, like a free spirit part of a community brought together by the love of music & movement! Each class starts with a warm up, then a smashing routine (EVERY-SINGLE-TIME!), some group performances and a cool down. Its a great pick me up, super fun, sometimes a workout in itself & they even have a pro team which you could get talent spotted for! You could end up in mainstream media, like a Marvel movie (Yep, these guys choreographed for Marvel!) If you're looking for a versatile dance class in London to let your hair down, improve your skill and train or just to boost your mood, you HAVE to check these guys out! You will not be disappointed! Also keep an eye out for all the community work they do, from drive in cinemas, concerts, cultural events and private gigs, I love that they have a community feel! I cant get enough! We hired Nileeka to do a fusion session of Bhangra and Bollywood dance moves for staff networks day. It was great fun and we'll definitely do this for our colleagues again. She was so friendly and took us through all the moves at a steady pace. By the time we'd finished we had learned an entire dance.

We recently had zoom Bollywood Dance sessions with Nileeka for our Rainbows, Brownies and Guides aged between 5-14. The girls learnt a bit about Bollywood and also a new dance. I have been going to The Bollywood co drop in classes at both Pineapple dance studios and Dance Works for a while now and I absolutely love it every single time! Nileeka is an incredibly talented choreographer and teacher who always aims to make everyone feel comfortable, whatever dancing ability you are. Her passion for all dance forms shines through, and she is continually so motivational and enthusiastic! Not only are these lessons great fun but are also a great work out and I always leave feeling so positive! I look forward to these classes every week, and it's not just about the dance, Nileeka always reminds us that we can achieve anything through hard work and determination! Amazing show put on by Nileeka and team for our company Diwali event. Initially meant to be live via Zoom link however we had to change this to a recording due to second lockdown. Nileeka was quick to get this turned around for us in time for the event. Nileeka also joined the event live to teach some moves which was very well received! Nileeka teaches the Bollywood Drop In Classes very well and with emotion, no matter how you are feeling before, her can-do attitude and passion shines through the dance moves. Regardless of the song, by the end of the class, you're always smilling and enjoying the dance moves. Nileeka takes the time to teach you properly, so that by the end of the class, you are able to dance Bollywood anywhere! Also, just before the event - the govt announced lockdown, so the team there very quickly created a customised video in 3 days as they couldn't meet in person which was very impressive!!! I recently moved to London, and was looking for something fun and active to do. I've been taking the drop-in Bollywood classes occasionally, and I just signed up for my 2nd BhangraCardio series. The classes have been wonderful! I have two left feet, but Nileeka breaks the moves down and makes it easy to follow. The atmosphere is fun, energetic and the other classmates are a blast too. No matter what your dance experience, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Addition from previous review: After doing the BollyCo classes for over a year now (which I LOVE) I've also had the pleasure of joining a few of the company's wellbeing and business events which have been of incredible value! I recently completed The Daily for Creatives which included branding and career management talks/advice for people working in the creative industry - the knowledge gained from this was so eye-opening! The speakers and topics shared gave some great key insights which I've found so useful for my own business. All hosted by the owner (Nileeka), who if anyone has done a class with, knows what a beautiful energy and soul she has! This is more than just a dance company guys, it's a community which feels so amazing to be a part of! -- Amazing class! Been going for over 6 months and every time I leave feeling so energetic and happy! Nileeka has the best energy and I love learning from her!

Nileeka's drop in class is something I look forward to every week. She is a great teacher and makes everything fun - her energy is addictive. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants a fun and different way to keep fit, and to learn the different styles of Bollywood dance in an informal setting. I have also just started the Semi-Classical course (run by Anamika Roy) and am loving that too! In fact, I booked an early flight home from my weekend break just so I could attend the second class :) Both teachers' passion for the dance and desire to pass on the skills make these classes a real experience that you are missing out on if you're not signed up already!

Attended Nileeka's bollywood drop-in class today at Danceworks near Bond Street and have to say it was by far the best dance class I have attended in a long time! She addresses the class in such a warm and friendly manner and is so clear in her instruction. Although the moves were fast she explained every detail, and it's meaning. It was like learning a story using dance. Nileeka made everyone feel welcome, particularly those new to the class. I have made it my new year's resolution to attend more of this company's classes and now considering the 5 week course of Semi-Classical to learn more about the origins of the style now this has got me curious to learn more. I would recommend the drop-ins to anyone who has been thinking about trying out this style but perhaps felt a little intimidated. They are simply superb!

Phenomenal dancers! Had a great service from start to finish. Booked a group of 3 dancers for my wedding in December 2017. Very easy booking process. Paid 50% deposit to confirm, and balance a few days prior to the event. Very professional approach. On the day the girls were polite, punctual and danced very well. Whenever I had any questions, they were quick to respond and very patient explaining the entertainment options to me (I had no clue!). Have recommended to friends getting married later this year! Wish the team well, and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Nileeka has been very attentive from the moment I contacted The Bollywood Co, and I have had speedy responses to all my queries. The lovely Amy was our instructor on the day and she was really professional; teaching us a variety of routines and steps that were easy enough for all of us to do but looked really effective. Amy was very patient with us and broke down the routines and gestures really well. The costumes added a lot to the experience and a lot of the girls wore their bindi’s all the way through the evening and night! What can I say about the dancers and service from this firm. Spoke with Ankush, Amazing. Dealt with Nileeka, professional. Met with Kiran on the night, outstanding. As for the dancers on the night. Shak, Aliyah and Jenny. They were truly PERFECT. Such likeable people individually that it brought tears to my eyes as they departed. The charges don’t derserve a mention because they were worth every penny and then some. They performed at my daughters 16th Birthday dinner and music in North London and every single person congratulated me on choosing them. I’m always cautious about giving full funds before a service, but no need to worry with them. So, from the Dad and organiser, Robert and his wife, daughter and One hundred and fifty guests including my assistant Peter who went to pick up the other celebrity and missed the dancers. We Love You All. And yes, these dancers should be treated as celebrities. Xxxxx

Tried the "DROP IN" class at Pineapple Dance Studios this Tuesday. WOW. I literally could not have been more surprised!!! So so sooo diff to what I expected. Truth be told - I was dragged along by my work colleague, kicking and screaming (haha!), BUT got there, and in the end had a great time. Still got two left feet and Bollywood definitely not for me... BUT... if I had to go back to a class, this would certainly be the one :)
