Went to Christmas Ball. Very well organised with a fab band, so good to dance to live music. This was my first event there and went on my own. There were more women to men and as I didn’t know anyone there it would have been even better if there had been taxi dancers to dance with as those there tended to dance with people they knew. The show dances were great and I loved my rumba with Brian, thank you! Merry Christmas 🎅🏻🎉

This is a great dance studio with excellent teachers for Latin and Ballroom. They provide friendly, inspiring and fun classes for beginners as well as for advanced dancers! I was lucky to find them.

I've been dancing salsa for about 18 months so far, much of it with Incognito, and I've gone from stumbling through my basic once every two weeks, to performing at shows over Christmas. The teachers have been fantastic, and have offered so much advice and encouragement both in and out of lessons; plus the regular workshops are a valuable insight into the fundamentals of salsa. It's not just the skills they've given me though, it's also the good people I've met along the way through their classes, courses, workshops and fantastic socials. It also helps that the classes are easily the best value for money - £7 for salsa AND bachata AND the social. I can highly recommend trying Incognito Dance Company to anyone, no matter their level.

An excellent dance studio from all standpoints: extremely professional (and extremely nice!!) teachers, great group and private classes for latin and ballroom, fabulous large space. All classes continued on zoom during the 2 lockdowns. The new Sunday morning FitSteps class with Brian is really fun and a proper workout too. Look no further!!

We had classes booked with the Dance Lab which were unfortunately cancelled due to the lockdown. Not only did they make rebooking very easy, they allowed us to take part in online classes during the original dates. We had loads of fun and can’t wait to get into the classroom for real.

I did the 3hours workshop for beginners and absolutely enjoyed it. People and teachers are very nice, I loved the environment, everyone was always trying to help each other. The teachers are really good and explained everything very clearly. Either you are a beginner or you want to improve I would recommend this place to everyone. You learn and have fun at the same time. Looking forward to the next session.

I've recently done both the salsa and the bachata workshops. These, and the weekly classes are well run, very popular and loads of fun. A lot of emphasis is placed on getting the hold and the lead correct so that we can progress properly. The instructors are brilliant - giving clear direction and we have plenty of time to practice during the classes and in the dance sessions afterwards. Highly recommend it.

So glad I’ve discovered The Dance Lab! It’s so accessible to absolute beginners - Brian, our instructor, is a great teacher and dancer! His instructions are simple to grasp, delivered at excellent speed and is so encouraging. You don’t need to have a partner to attend as we all end up dancing with other people (and Brian himself if we’re lucky!). It’s a fun, physical and social work out! 💖👌

This is by far my favourite salsa club for a Friday night. Jeff and his team are exceptional teachers and the dancers are always so friendly. All dance levels are welcome and there's even a bar downstairs for a few drinks once classes are over- but you may end up too caught up on the dance floor to leave!

Highly recommend! I've taken lessons in waltx and jive (beignner and then novice) with Brian for the last couple of months and I LOVED it! It's tricky to imagine how they can teach 2 dances in just 4 lessons but Brian manages it in an easy-to-learn way and is a fun lovely guy to boot! Most importantly is that I went on my own so worried about whether I would have a partner to dance with but I shouldn't have worried; they do the lessons in such a way that you swap constantly so you learn to dance with lots of different people who might be short or tall so you learn how to adjust your dancing which is pretty great!

The workshops are particularly excellent, with a great focus on perfecting individual technique without making it feel laborious in the slightest. You come away really feeling that you have improved massively. Would definitely recommend for either first timers, or anyone looking to polish their moves. The Friday club nights are great too!!

One of the best places to dance salsa in London. The dance floor is very spacious plus there is a nice mix of dancers of all levels so the diversity is superb! The teachers are amazing and sometimes if you at lucky you get to see surprise shows .! Superb recommended 💃🏻

Great dance lessons - we experienced salsa lessons as part of a large group and had a lot of fun as well as walking away with many new moves! Word of warning for couples: you will be expected to swap dance partners (though handled humorously and switchover are brisk - every 2-3 minutes or so).

I've been going to Jeff and his team at Putney for some time now. I have to say I really enjoy the classes, re-learning all my old mistakes and putting them right. It's fun and it's great to feel you've learned something and can begin putting it use. I learn slowly so I love the fact we get lots of repetition, I especially love the 3hr Bachata courses, highly recommend them to all levels.

"Thank you for helping me to discover the amazing world of dancing!))" - I wrote here 4 years ago. Since then this place has become a second home to me and my 'happy' place. I can not imagine my life without the DanceLab team and this whole experience of dancing and developing. It is better than gym and meditation combined, for both mind and body. Can not wait to go back full time and even though I will be moving out of Putney, I have carefully factored in my new house location, so it is easy for me to commute back to The Dance Lab!

Love these workshops. I’ve done a few and will be going back for more. Teaching style and teachers are fantastic. Due to the workshops being 3 hours long, I find I get so much out of them and learn new moves every time.💃🏻

So many pilates instructors seem to go through the motions, with repetitive sequences of exercise. Not so here. The attention to detail and real involvement with clients is impressive and I certainly come away feeling as though I have had a real workout. Highly recommended.

I have trained in Pilates for over 7 years now and I can honestly say Pinnacle Pilates and Angela is the best experience I have had. She has real intuition and understanding about your body and challenges you in new and different ways. Can offer mat, chair reformer and caddy. Wouldn't train anywhere else now!
