This is the best pole/aerial studio I have ever been to. I have been going there for over 2 years now and will miss it so much when I move soon. All the instructors are so amazing, professional, friendly and supportive. It’s an amazing way to get stronger, switch off your mind and most importantly- it’s so much fun! Everybody is welcome there. I can’t reccomend this place enough!

Fantastic studio! I love their hoop classes, they are so much fun and we always learn something new and exciting! All the trainers are so sweet and encouraging and the atmosphere in the studio is great! They also have lovely pole classes (love those too) and other fun stuff, sich as bungeefit. Would definitely recommend to pay a visit (or few) when in Nottingham or if you are looking for your next studio like I was when I first moved here :)

Myself, my mum and my friends started going to bungeefit during last year and we absolutely love it. Cancelled my gym membership as this is so much better for exercise and fun all rolled into one! We’ve now started going to aerial hoop here too and hopefully one day will try pole also. It’s great for all ages and abilities and the instructors are all amazing!

A fabulous location with talented instructors. Kat and her team make everyone feel at home and teach all levels and abilities. Great fun and lots of different activities to try. Give it a go, you'll love it!
