N. C.I first met Lydia, Sal and Megan when I went to Lydia for help with my wedding dance routine. She choreographed a beautiful dance and was extremely patient with myself and my now husband, who had never danced before and, by his own admission, has two left feet!!! Since then, I’ve been going to Dance Fitness sessions with Lydia since before they opened the studio, and they never disappoint. Fun, engaging and high intense session with good giggles and a great energy. I now do solo salsa as well and it’s absolutely brilliant!!! Lydia, Sal and Megan are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and put everyone at their ease, whether they are seasoned dancers or brand new beginners. I would highly recommend them - definitely give them a go if you are looking to learn and try something new. Excellent, professional studio that covers a large amount of different disciplines and services for adults and children alike - a great local business to get out support!!! Amazing ladies!!!!!
