Jerry and Ester's cuban salsa classes are very well taught. They also make it fun to learn. Well structured, with three levels to move through. Friendly people and nice atmosphere. Tip - attend all the classes, this will help you become a super fabulous salsa dancer :-)

The 8 week course format is great, allowing the whole group to learn and progress together. Dancing with the group gives a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to the lessons, making it a fun social experience whilst learning great authentic Cuban Salsa moves. The Rueda de Casino adds the salsa spice to the end of the weekly lessons as it is always so enjoyable. No need to go to the Gym as we certainly burn the calories in the lessons :).

What a wonderful way to start our Cuban Salsa journey! The classes have a great atmosphere and everyone is really friendly. Both Jerry and Esther are brilliant instructors, approachable and nothing is too much trouble – even if they have to repeat the steps several times until we get it. 😊 Don’t be shy, come and give it a go!

We did salsa classes level 1 and we enjoyed a lot, Jerry and Esther are so friendly and funny and you can see they enjoy dancing. The classes' time is perfect to learn some steps and practice them, it's very funny and we learned new steps each class meanwhile we incorporate the previous steps learnt also, they allow us to record the steps to practice at home (very helpful). Another good point it's the free parking.

Jerry & Esther are excellent! Their patient, focused and fun teaching makes every class enjoyable. Great for introductory or more advanced salsa, and very good at keeping equal numbers of ladies and gentlemen (as far as possible) too. I’ve had a lovely experience learning with them!

An amazing way to learn Cuban Salsa! Esther and Jerry are amazing teachers and bring positive energy to every class. I highly recommend going through all the levels - classes are intentionally not overcrowded and that means you will get a lot of attention and learn more! Not to mention about the lovely people who attend every week... great way to socialise and have fun! I started in May 2017 - 5 months later, I feel so satisfied with how much I have learned and improved. I look forward to the many more months to come - a very big thank you, guys!

I started Afrodesia classes with Jerry & Esther after around 10 months of learning cross body Salsa because I wanted to learn Cuban Salsa and improve my lead! They came highly recommended and after completing their beginner level 1 class I can see why!! The classes are short but focused and layered which is refreshing because it means you really get to master the moves and after only 9 weeks, I have seen a major improvement in my dancing! Also for anyone who tries their class, definitely keep at it until the end of the course there's a great surprise at the end!

I have always wanted to dance but nerves and fear have always stopped me The Salsa Teachers and as inclusive and supportive. With no doubt, one of the best places for learning salsa. They start from the bottom teaching men how to lead and teaching women to allow the lead during the dancing. I consider this very important to learn with a good base. I have been learning salsa in other places and definitely, they teach you lots of new figures and steps but as soon as you try outside the classes, men dont know how to lead and it is a disaster. I am very very happy with Afrodesia Salsa as I am feeling that I am learning properly.

Hi, As I am from Spain, I always like Latin and Salsa music, however I never knew I was going to like that much until I started having the first course with Esther and Jerry. One of the things I am still impressed about them is how accurate they are in order to invest the strictly necessary time on each new step to achieve. They estimate the right time on each new concept for both assuring it is practised enough and keep on moving into new ones. You can notice quickly how good the course was just realising about the number of different steps we could learn, 8 different ones which definitely make up a great combination. Explanations were very clear, digging into every detail, solving doubts at any time and mentioning key concepts and advises constantly. I am really grateful for how they established all the work for us having so much fun at the same time. Looking forward to joining them again to continue having such an amazing times! See you soon.
