I Absolutely LOVE my Pole Classes at Aerial Inspirations . The atmosphere is so cool and friendly, no judgement, just encouragement., teachers and pupils alike. I was 52 when I started and will be 54 next month. I can’t tell you how much confidence I have gained physically and mentally.The sense of achievement is fantastic and I am literally buzzing at the end of the lesson. Immy and Jay are both excellent teachers pushing you out of your comfort zone to help you be your best. Thank you, I love being part of such a wonderful community. 💕
