This was my first ever dance class. Neil & Giedre were very welcoming and nerve calming! I was glad to see I wasnt the only older participant and found a nice lady to partner as I was on my own. The objectives and structure of the class were well explained and understood The class was well paced and easy to follow I found it very challenging but great fun and Neil gave me excellent feedback This was also a great workout, I was tiring after the warm up 😳 Looking forward to next week Would recommend to anyone to just come along and take the plunge and join in and express yourself without feeling self concious I did and you can too 😀

Not being blessed with natural rhythm I am posing a real challenge to the team. They are patient, nurturing and professional and are moving me to a position where I can enjoy a dance with my partner. It is an enjoyable fun evening filled with laughter. We would highly recommend the classes.
