From my first contact by phone everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a terrified patient the receptionists, Ashley and Hanna, put me at ease and were able to answer every question and worry I had. I was shaking on my first visit but Aoife, my dentist,soon had me calm and I quickly became confident in her. She has such a calm manner and was expert at reassuring me. My dental plan was thoroughly explained and agreed with myself and my procedures were totally pain free. In fact I was shocked to be told that my teeth were out! I am now really excited about continuing with my plan and being able to eat pain free. Roll on my next appointment! Obviously during the current circumstances appointments are hard to get but believe me when I say that it is worth the wait. I can’t thank the practice enough.

I recently contacted Bupa Dental Care Dundonald, as a brand new patient with a dental emergency. The receptionist immediately informed me that despite Covid Restrictions being in place, the practice was accepting new patients, and I was provided with an emergency appointment the very next day All the staff in this Dental practice are warm , welcoming , friendly. Everything is explained in great detail. The place is absolutely immaculate and so bright and pleasant I received superb treatment from all members of the dental team who were involved in my care . Mark , is a lovely Dentist, very calm, gentle and reassuring. I have complete faith in him. My dental needs were met promptly and my smile restored. I am so delighted I contacted this practice in my hour of need. To date I have had 2 appointments, and both experiences were so pleasant . I would highly recommend this Dental practice and am delighted to now be one of their patients

I called this morning to register as my tooth cracked last night (😭) and they made the whole process easy from start to finish. Brilliant practice all round! Practice is spotless. Hand sanitizer is available on entry and your temperature is taken when checking in for your appointment. Staff are very pleasant and always helpful.

A truly great dental service,the staff helped put me at ease as i had a bit of a phobia about dentists due to past experiences. My dental technician Rebecca is a real professional,she gave me my smile back and her assistant Grainne has excellent patient care,i would reccomend this practice to anyone and am so thankful for the time and care they gave me ☺
