Very friendly and helpful staff. Treatment and options were so well explained and discussed with us. Appointments were very well organised with text reminders sent a day or so before and notes for school were provided. The clinic was very clean and had really good Covid procedures in place to ensure social distancing and high levels of hygiene

Grace went to get her braces fitted the 22nd of March. The lady doing it talked her through Everything she was doing and the equipment she needed to use to do each thing. Was lovely and reassuring to a very nervous Grace. Staff was lovely and constantly washing up surfaces and hands. Very on top of cleanliness and covid. Very good experience!

With everything going on during Covid the appointment system has worked really well. Reminder text days before which is great. Parking up in the car park and ringing reception to let them know we are there and then the nurse looks for your car and we are ready. Every effort is taken to make you feel safe and distanced. Staff couldn’t be more efficient.
