What a great customer experience I received as a patient of this practice. Recently had a bad tooth removed by Nicole, a suburb dentist who works at this practice. From the moment I made the call and chatted with the reception staff, throughout my treatment and exiting the building the staff were very helpful and extremely customer focused. My procedure was handled with the greatest of care and attention and both the dentist and the dental assistant were very professional. What a great service they deliver and if I happen to need them in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them to make an appointment. Thankyou!

Attended this clinic for dental implants under the care of Mark Diamond. Aa very nervous patient who has always been terrified of even entering a dental practice, I can honestly say the whole process from beginning to end was amazing. Mark took on board my heightened state of anxiety and was very reassuring at each visit. I chose to have sedation which helped me relax as well. Having put off getting necessary dental implant work done for many years, I can say without hesitation , Mark and his team are outstanding. Delighted with my implants. Thank you.

All the staff were very friendly that I saw. I was in to get a complete wisdom tooth removal and the female dentist did a great job at removing it. She made me feel right at ease throughout the whole removal.

Was referred here to get wisdom tooth removed aswell as another tooth that was giving me bother had an abscess on which my dentist could not remove. After reading reviews I was slightly concerned as some of the feedback was not great. But my experience was brilliant dentist was brilliant explained everything very well and both teeth where removed in one sitting and with no pain. Had to come on to write a review considering some of the feedback. Would go again if required

I went into this clinic for extractions a few days ago, and I can't thank this surgery even for what they did for me. I was greeted at the door by a lovely friendly wee girl. Then i went into see the dentist and dental nurse. They were both amazing with me, I was extremely nervous and they put me at ease, the dentist was so gentle with me and the nurse held my hand the whole through it because of my anxiety. After having quite a few extractions and quite a few stitches, I'm not in any pain at all. I can't recommend this surgery enough. Bless yous All 🥰❤❤❤

As a nervous patient, I am delighted that my appointment for a surgical extraction was with the lovely Fiona and her very capable nurse Tracey. Fiona allayed my fears and was calming and confident in her approach which I found very comforting. She talked me through my procedure and gave me encouragement throughout it, also making sure I had no pain. Tracey also is very calming and encouraging which I found helped me not to be anxious. Excellent standard of care and professionalism. Thank you Fiona and Tracey.

I went today to get 3 extractions, having had extractions from other dentists I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and almost painless my appointment went, I can’t remember who I was seen by but I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Im generally a very very nervous person at the dentists as I’ve rarely had a pleasant Experience involving my teeth and dental work but They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, everything went at my pace and they were very understanding of my feelings and my nervousness. Taking the time to talk me through absolutely everything and answered all my questions too. Very very big thank you! :D

I was referred to the Fortwilliam D.C to get my wisdom tooth extraction. I was so nervous but honestly I didn't expect that it would be my best experience at the dentist. My dentist Fiona and her team made me feel really comfortable, she answered all of my 1000s :)) questions with profesionalism. The day after the treatment I feel no pain or aches. I was referred to the clinic by my own dentist. From going to reception to the end everyone was so friendly. The receptionists are all very pleasant and friendly. I went into the waiting area and didn't have long to wait before the dentist came to get me. Here name was Fiona. She was great. I was extremely nervous and had been up from 5am. She kept calm and kept me calm. The nurse I think she was called Tracey was great too. Kept me calm. I had gas and injection which wasn't bad at all. I will be happy to go back to this surgery but still will feel stressed and nervous but know I'm in very safe and calm hands. Thank you to all the staff today. 10/12/19

Was referred to this clinic by my own dentist to have two teeth removed. My own dentist has got to know over the years, how nervous and anxious l get about my appointments with her so needless to say l was completely stressed about having to attend here to have the procedure done. I arrived to be greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel very welcome and at ease which was a good start. I was shown to the waiting room and within minutes a dental nurse came to get me. She introduced herself to me and made me feel at ease. The dentist herself greeted me with a warm welcome and talked me through the procedure. Within a few minutes the first tooth was out, then came the second. The dentist talked me through the aftercare and before l knew it l was on my way home. From the receptionist to the dental nurse to the dentist my care was second to none, lovely people with fantastic attitudes and excellent patient care. Hopefully l won't be needing to lose any more teeth but if l did need to go back l won't be stressed about it. Thank you girls you made my experience a good one.

Honestly I don't think that I have ever had a better experience at the dentist. I was referred to Fortwilliam Clinic to get two tooth root's removed as my own dentist said that my gym would need to be cut to get them out. I went there a bit anxious not knowing what to expect but from I walked in the door the receptionist was friendly and explained what I had to fill out and I was shown into the waiting room and didn't have to wait long until a dental nurse called Tracey came for me and took me to the dentist who was called Fiona. I can honestly say that my treatment was outstanding and I didn't need to get my gum cut and the dentist removed the two roots and I never felt a thing. So all and all I would highly recommend Fortwilliam Dental Clinic.

From when I came though the door i was treated like royality. Staff were lovely. Was referred by the NHS but I had pay for it myself because I was in so much pain with the tooth extraction. If I had the money I'd go private all the time. The dentist was brilliant.
