J.Kathy is really nice and an awesome dentist. She goes through everything she is doing and explains things very well. She's one of the nicest clinicians I've had experience with.
The team at Guild Practice are very good and will take care of you. If you need an emergency appointment they will see you right away.

C.From the minute I phoned up to book my first appointment, the time I left the dental practice after my first New Patient Examination, I never felt so welcomed before in a ‘medical’ or ‘dental’ setting. The receptionist was so warm and helpful, the dentist herself impressed me with her expertise on all that’s right and wrong with my teeth and her assistant (Alex) was just a very calming and friendly presence there throughout my whole procedure. I’m usually quite nervous going to the dentist because my two previous ones were slightly aggressive and not very calming but the Guild Practice on the Malone Rd actually made me want to get my teeth checked and treated more often. All very reasonable prices too with an easy-to-read breakdown of all the pricing options. Never thought I’d say this (let alone write a review for the dentists) but I am looking forward to going back there for further treatment! All I can say is keep up the good work!

I mean you know your dentist truly cares when you get a 10pm e-mail of something she has forgotten to ask me not to do,in order to not mess up our progress. 🙈 I knew Heidi cared a lot & really had my best interest in mind, to get me the best possible outcome- but that was just a big WOW moment for me- when I thought- oh my this place is great. 😇
All the costs were explained to me, also possible extra costs that might arise ,if some of the treatments doesn’t work out the way it was planned. I was made aware of these ahead of treatment, so I knew what I was getting myself into. Yes it was not cheap- but when it comes to dentistry,is it ever?
If you’re looking for implant/bridge work- look no further this is THE place you want to go to. I can’t recommend The Guild Practice highly enough & if anyone I know is ever looking anything done to their teeth- I shall send them their direction.

Have since introduced my wife to Bruce and she is delighted with the service she receives from the whole team. T. O.Both myself and my Mum use this dental practice and can’t recommend it highly enough
We’ve both used their specialised services for teeth whitening and for Michigan splint ( for wearing as mouthguard ) in addition to usual checkups and hygienist.
My mum also noted that when she first used the mouth guard she anticipated that she might struggle to sleep - but instead had the best nights sleep in a long long time - so if someone for whom a mouthguard has been recommended, talk to Heidi or her team !!
P. M.I have just had the first stage in an implant treatment. Heidi performed this with great skill and dexterity and I have had no discomfort across the 24 hours since. Felt assured throughout thanks to Heidi and the dental nurse that I really couldn’t have been in better hands. I would highly recommend this team to anyone thinking about implant treatment.
B. E.I would highly recommend the Guild Practice. I have been attending for over 20 years and Bruce the dentist and his team are very skilled in dental extractions/fillings and implants. Communication,explanation at each stage and care and attention while in the practice is very good. Results of work completed on my teeth is very satisfactory. Rita is an excellent Dental hygienist. All the admin staff are very helpful.
