Visiting Sandown is always great. The staff are super helpful, paperwork is swift and treatment is superb. The practice is a very well oiled machine which always has me feeling very reassured. I had some facial aesthetics procedures carried out today with Dr. Janice Brown, had an appointment with one of their fabulous hygienists Naomi a few days ago, and will be back later in the month to see Dr. Patrick Rea for checkups for myself and my boys; every visit is thorough and I know I am receiving the best treatment. I am in love with my treatment results. I wouldn't trust any other team to look after me. The best team I have ever experienced and I know I am in very very safe hands. X

From the moment I entered the Sandown Clinic, the entire team were welcoming and professional. I required extensive work from Invisalign with Sara-Louise to Implants, Crowns and Composite Bonding with Patrick. Each step of the plan was always clearly explained and the team always went out of their way to be accommodating for my visits to the Clinic. Patrick & Jaclyn were not only patient and professional, but always made me feel welcome and at ease for each appointment. If I could give this team 100 stars I would. The have made such a huge difference in my life and given me back my smile!

After some research I attended Sandown Dental practice to see if they could fix my bridge. My previous dentist had told me that it would be a difficult and painful process. I found this not to be the case. Over just two visits my smile has been transformed and it was totally pain free. I am so pleased with the result. My only regret is that I should have done it sooner. I found everyone that I met at the practice to be helpful and friendly. Sara-Louise in particular was fantastic! She was patient and reassuring during the process. Just finished treatment at Sandown Dental. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Janice was wonderful, always explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. In the space of a year Janice was able to completely fit my braces and typically seen me every 6 weeks for check-ups and tightening. I would 100% recommend going private for braces, the level of care you get is unmatched compared to the NHS run Orthodontists. Chloe on reception is an unsung hero in Sandown, whether it’s 8am or 5pm she always has the most welcoming smile, always treating all the patients with care and compassion. Truly amazing at her job. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the names of the Dental Assistants but they are all fantastic.

I started my journey with Sandown Dental in August, after wanting composite bonding for years. I was a bit worried and nervous however I felt right at ease from the first consultation. I went for enlighten whitening treatment for 2 weeks at home followed by a 40 minute in chair whitening, and then back for bonding today to close the gap in my two front teeth. Painless, quite quick and the end result has blown me away! I underestimated how much it would change my whole smile, face and confidence. Sara Louise is fantastic, professional and super helpful. She has given me the confidence that I lacked for so long and I now have a permanent smile on my face!! Thank you 😁

Lost a front crown and it could not be replaced so had to wear a denture. Absolutely hated it. Finally decided to check out dental implants. Googled a few Dentists and was impressed with Sandown Dental & implant clinic. Booked a consultation with Patrick Rea. He explained the treatment plan and exactly what happened at each stage. I decided there and then to go ahead. It was quite a long journey but Patrick was brilliant and it was well worth it. Had a free appointment with Tracy the hygienist who showed me how to look after the implant. I found all the staff friendly and welcoming. My treatment was during Covid but felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this Dental Practice.

I recently started attending Sandown dental as I had been finding it difficult to book an appointment with my own dentist. I rang and everything was explained to me by the receptionist (who was so lovely!); Every appointment has been a joy, the team remain upbeat and professional even though they have to wear all the extra ppe. After being with Patrick Rea at Sandown Dental for many years I recently had three crowns and three front teeth built up. The professionalism and cleanliness, especially through the pandemic, has been notable and very much welcomed. My front bottom teeth look and feel really good and even and the colour match is incredible. The new crowns are fabulous and it’s invaluable that Patrick checks and adjusts the bite after each new procedure to make sure it’s perfect - especially for a tooth grinder like me. My Michigan splint, that has eliminated all of my headaches associated with clenching and grinding, was also checked to ensure a good fit. My family members are all registered at this practice and receive excellent care.

I came here from another dentist as I was worried about my gums. I had an appointment with Kerry who took her time and explained everything to me. She did some assessments and told me I would need some Periodontist treatment over a few appointments and then she told me exactly how much it would cost me and how long it would take. I was also told how much work and effort would be required of me at home. She took me back to basics and showed me all the right techniques and even what brush and floss or tepes I should be using. Over the past few months I have had all my treatments and I can honestly now say that my gums and teeth feel so healthy. I don’t think I could have achieved this without Kerry and her friendly manner. She remembered small things I had told her about my health and had researched how this would effect my ability to brush well and offered me suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought about myself. She also always asked about my family life and how things were going for me. She understood how my crazy life sometimes reflected in my health and gums. I honestly came away feeling like I was visiting a friend.her nurses are amazing and seem highly trained. Catt is such a genuine person and would always stop and say a quick hello to me in reception even if she wasn’t working with Kerry. I hope I spell your name correct, Ildei also has such a lovely way about her. I have said to a few of my friends that they should also come here for any treatments as the practice is just amazing. I am hoping to eventually transfer all my care to this practice once I have finished my current treatments with my own dentist. I also think that the practice charges are very fair for everything that they offer. Kerry also talked me through some of the facial Botox and treatments that the dentists offer and I am considering having some of those too especially as she told me how highly trained Jainice is. Thank you so much Kerry for everything you have done for me, you are truly an amazing hygienist and just a lovely person.

I recently joined the practice as a new patient and have had quite a bit of work done by Janice to replace most of my old suspect looking silver fillings with white ones. She takes the time to actually shape the filling like the tooth whereas other dentists I've had in the past have not. She has also been treating me for nighttime clenching and my new mouthguard is helping a lot with the dental and jaw pain I was experiencing. Last week she seen me twice for emergency appointments as I was in extreme pain and hunted down the source of the problem, resulting in a root canal and the end of four days of intermittent extreme pain and sleepless nights. Janice has also been looking after some of my aesthetic care excellently as well. The practice itself is always clean and all the staff seem very friendly and professional. The equipment in place seems more modern than other NHS dental clinics I've been too.

Patrick Rea has restored me. I lost a tooth from the front right area which became infected during the first lockdown and the infection proceeded to eat the bone in that area until there was nothing left. But I wanted an implant even so. Patrick Rea replaced the bone carefully until he was happy with it, placed the implant in stages and today has attached the most perfect crown. I instantly recognised myself. The whole process was very carefully crafted over time allowing the jaw to heal. I have Multiple Sclerosis so my anxiety levels were extremely high to begin with but Patrick and his team took me by the hand and steered me through. My smile back has given me a huge confidence boost-which is a very big deal! Thankyou Sandown Dental.

I have found the Sandown Dental and Implant Clinic to extremely patient focused with all efforts being made to accommodate the needs of the patient and the customer care is exemplary. The staff are all of the highest quality and even though I had a lot of work to be done, having not been to a dentist in 17 years, I found the experience to be as painless as was humanly possible, with the work itself being exceptional. As I mentioned, I had not visited a dentist in a number of years due to an unhappy experience before, but this is not something I need to worry about at the Sandown clinic, and I have happily joined the Practice Plan and now make regular visits.
