N. P.Amazing service!! I went to this dentist today for check up. There were two ladies they cleaned my teeth and gave me good advice about how to keep my teeth healthy and what sort of prush to use etc. Also the lady works at the reception she's very helpful and always happy to help!! I could write about 2 pages here but anyway guys I recommend these guys to everyone. I thank them all staff for their amazing work💖😊🙌🏽

M.First visit today and was very impressed. Safety measures for COVID very good with all staff complying and ensuring patient comply also. Dr Parfotam was great and explained all of the examination and any treatment advised. Very happy to be a patient of this excellent dental surgery.

G.Went to this dentist today for deep clean and tooth extraction n they was brilliant, gentle as much as they could as I did leave my teeth to long to have treated, they are caring, explanatory, and I would recommend this dentist to anyone. D. C.Have been going to this dentist for a while & they're amazing (well the head dentist, Mr Paresh Parsotam is) & reception staff are friendly & dental nurses are very helpful.
However, quite a while back I had a tooth extracted unnecessarily, which was infuriating at the time. I had an infection & all along I only needed antibiotics, instead one of the female dentists took my tooth out thinking it would cure my pain, but it didn't!
During my time at this dentist I missed a couple of appointments, probably down to being nervous because of my previous treatment being unnecessary & being in excruciating pain for so long. Anyway I ended up having to re-book but made sure it was with Mr Paresh only! Knowing I would now get the treatment I needed & effectively I promised I wold go back to every appointment as I didn't want to let him down. I don't have long for treatment to be completed either as I'm due to go into a hospital for 2 weeks soon, so I had every intention to attend my appointment.
Unfortunately I got the dates mixed up & with the stress of leaving my family for 2 weeks my minds been all over the place. Realising my appointment was yesterday & not tomorrow I called them to sincerely apologise. I was told I could not go back & to find another dentist even though I'm halfway through treatment & in an uncomfortable situation with intermittent pain.
I asked if my children were able to attend their appointment which was soon & they said yes, until the receptionist checked the date! She said the dentist wasn't in on the date my children were to attend & could they come in earlier! Well no they can't, they've got school till 3:15 & the appointment was booked at 3:30. Oh never mind she said, we'll just change the day! Now bearing in mind this appointment had been booked for 6 months & the off chance I missed my appointment I called them up to apologise, not to find out I'd have to work round them at a very difficult time. There appointment is during the time I'm in hospital, so their father is going to find things very difficult, without having to work round the dentist that made a mistake & didn't let us know sooner.
The moral; I made a big mistake with thinking my appointment was on a different day & I now have to find another dentist! They make a mistake & want us to work round them & juggle things to accommodate them when, as a family, were going through a very stressful time! How is that fair? 😢

W.Firstly, let me tell you I am terrified of the Dentist, I tend to only go when im in desperate need, I chipped a filling over Christmas and was in so much pain, I was registered with a different dentist who had bad reviews, I called Bells lane and spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Emma who was very good in helping me get an appointment.
When i arrived i was met by friendly staff and the dentist AJ who made me feel at ease for my appointment and explained everything he was doing and going to do, thank you to AJ and the team for making someone very nervous being very relaxed
