I attended Bordesley green dentist over Christmas , via an emergency appointment from 111. I was nervous to visit a dentist I hadn’t visited before. All The staff from the nurse that phoned me to book, to the receptionist, dental nurse and the dentist, where all so kind and put me at ease . The dentist has such a lovely manner and is very kind . Whilst getting the job done quickly and efficiently. All were very professional and helpful. I’m so grateful for all the care I was given . The dentist took X-rays And gave me a prescription for the mouth discomfort I was experiencing. And the lovely nurse also gave me some samples of sensitive toothpaste . Both have really helped. I couldn’t of asked for better care . Thank you all at Bordesley green for all your help xxx

I am very pleased with the service I have received from this practice. All the staff are very kind, professional and helpful. Dr Hassan is a legend, very calm, professional, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He explains everything clearly. Definitely recommend. Thank you everyone.

Nothing but the Truth Getting Smacked my Right front tooth was Knocked Out leaving the Left Front tooth broken in half. If ever having broken in half a tooth you will then know how Painful how Sensitive the Nerve Damage comes. My previous Dental Practice could only offer me a date a week later even when having explained how much Pain I was constantly living. At the Dentist a week later setting eyes on damage inflicted Fraggle Dentist recommends I have my broken tooth ripped out then allowing 8 weeks to heal. Once healed Fraggle will take a mould then await the manufactured Teeth to arrive a process that will take a further 6 week. Imagine your Front tooth awol then Fraggle wants Rip out your other Front tooth & have you wonder about toothless for the next 3 & Half month. Me. I was proper Fuming ending Dead custom to such a Moron. Well. What would you have done. Bordesley Village Dentist. From first contact. Sisters at Reception come the Intelligent Kind with a Smile. Having thrown my Sisters a Smile of me own I was in Dentist chair early next Morn. Brother Dentist did his Magic sorting out broken tooth allowing me to digest for the first time a little food without feeling pain. Already I was Grateful but it only gets Better. I'm given a appointment 4 days later. Returning for the 2nd time in days No Times Wasted & Magician has in his hands a Mould.. .. Mhashallah it was Beautiful. Before I leave im told to return following Friday. Today. Within 20 minutes my Brother Dentist assisted by a Sister has Fixed my Broken Tooth & the gap next to it Filled in by a Perfectly Copied lost tooth. All this in 9 days. I can not stop smiling. Bordesley Village Dentist a Professional Outfit with Good Wise Happy People at the Controls. Trust Me. You will be Very Satisfied. Peace & Love.

My experiences visiting Bordesley Green dental practice have always been satisfactory! Dr Khan and staff are very professional and always pleasant. The practice is extremely welcoming and displays a high standard of cleanliness. The care in which you are provided with is excellent and is of a very high standard. This dental surgery has to be one of the best I’ve attended as information is always given in detail if you are unsure of anything and appointments are regular, not forgetting the treatments which are very effective. Continue to do great work Bordesley Green dental practice!

Love Aisha and the dentists.. they've always been brilliant. But seriously, whoever it is that sits at the desk on a Monday morning needs to give her head a wobble before turning up for what she gets paid to do. I began calling the surgery at 9am to book an emergency appointment for a family member but there was no answer, kept getting to the "try again in a few moments" message. After an hour an a half of trying, a very snappy lady angrily told me that booking for emergencies was only done between 9am-10am. I explained that I had been ringing non stop from 9am till that point and was rudely told "WHY DOES EVERYONE SAY THAT??" Making me feel like I was being accused of lying! A few more words were exchanged between myself and her before managing to actually get booked for two days later. I have noted that a lot of complaints on here are about the receptionists and that the response from management always mentions having no patient going by the reviewers name. So just to answer this ahead I'd like to mention that I've been a patient here along with my family since the very beginning, right from when Dr Crawley was a regular feature.

The lady at the reception made me drop 2 stars from this review. Such an arrogant bitter lady. I asked her a question and her reply was so rude. She was really rude to another patient who went up to ask her something also. Management should sack her. Otherwise experience was great, the dentist is always really polite and he does a very good job.

An amazing practice. Was suffering from severe tooth pain, the practice booked me in last minute and I underwent a pain free extraction which allieveiated my pain instantaneously.
